This place sucks !!!!! Avoid will Robinson...... went there couple times years ago food was cold or wrong.... stop coming.... went there today 12/13/25. Food cold breakfast sandwich was old tasting like yesterday's meat... .nobody there at all word is getting out food sucks !!!!

I went to Burger King with high expectations for the Impossible Burger, eagerly anticipating a delicious plant-based meal. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. When I opened my burger, I was taken aback by the edges, which were so rock-hard that biting into it felt like trying to chomp through a stone. It was frustrating because I had hoped for a satisfying, juicy experience. This lack of quality not only wasted my time but also felt like a misuse of my hard-earned money. In tough economic times, it's essential for businesses to uphold their standards and respect their customers. Managers are horrible the ladies don't know a thing about customer service or being nice. They get every order wrongly and then refuse to replace it, got to the other Westminster location this one is terrible.

This has to be the worse Burger King in our county. Fries are always stale and the service is ridiculously slow for no reason. The place looks like it belongs in Baltimore city with how run down it is. Not to mention the sweat tea tastes like dish water.

Food quality depends on the staffing, if an adult isn't the acting manager, I would check my order before leaving. Tonight our burgers & fries were All Cold after a short drive home. The cleanliness of this location is often questionable as well. The beverage station is in constant disarray & the dining room floors need to be mopped badly. If the other Westminster location was closer to home, I'd go there...

This place has been going down hill for 5 plus years I should have known better not to get food from here but I did and it was a disappointment the food was cold not even room temperature by the time I got home I live less then 10 min away and I'm pretty sure my food was reheated it's amazing this place is still operating
