I wanted to stop by and thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. For those who have come here to complain? Well, move south, I dare ya. Yeah, you think you have issues? Move to Tennessee. When they aren’t checking their job description for ways to avoid helping you, there are trying to figure out how to avoid helping you in any way, shape or manor.

One of my children participated in the mock trial camp and they had their trial at the Carroll County Court Annex building. Everything was great except for the security check that was performed right when we entered the building. It was so unprofessional that it really colored the entire experience, hence the 1 star.

We knew that we had to go through security to attend the mock trial and were prepared to empty out our bags for the scanner and the metal detector. I had to bring our water bottles (which were metal) for my other two children as it was over 100 degrees (not including the heat index) today outside. The "gentleman" who ran the hand-held metal detector on me was VERY rude to me and my children. I honestly have no clue why he was so rude to us -- barking at my kids to get out the way so he could scan me and rolling his eyes at me because I had metal water bottles. No one told me we couldn't bring them and I wouldn't have if I had known. It was so cringe-worthy and embarrassing -- especially when he was scanning me with the metal detector -- he saw I jewelry on and continued to scan my bra area. If the issue was because I brought the metal water bottles, I would have put them back in the car or asked if I could store them somewhere in the lobby. Since he begrudgingly let us past without explanation, I really don't know what his problem was. Definitely left my daughters upset. This guy needs to either retire or be fired and shouldn't be around children.

Disorganized! time wasting nonsense, called in for jury clearly was advised to be there before 8am as I was, but some people chose not to follow the instructions and everyone who was here on time now have to sit and wait on those who are ignorant and the staff is not starting their jury selection till everyone showed up. Give you 30$ and expect you to sit here and waste your time.

It sais that they close at 4.30 went there down stairs at 3.10 pm and the two ladies downstairs told me to come back tmrw cos they close at 3pm on a wednsday i complaint upstairs they were surprised but they couldnt help.

Worst court system in the state of Maryland !! Very racist, rude and disrespectful. Very incompetent people that have very obvious bias and they don’t even understand half the paperwork they give out and expect you to complete. They play favorites in the court room and have no real understanding of family values. This court system allows strangers to make false allegations against you without any real evidence or proof and the judges and magistrates allow this to happen and make recommendations and rulings based of opinion and not fact. My advice if you have a court case in this county for whatever reason you’ll need a lawyer they will try and railroad you anyway they can. This court system is a terrible excuse for a “justice system”. Only justice for the person the magistrate or Judge likes they don’t pay attention to facts.

Judges rule against the facts of the case and logic appeal their ruling and you’ll be able to get in front of a competent judge elsewhere

Been sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours, no given reason, as i write this im still sitting here in the waiting room. Can we finish the donuts another time, i know yall aint running either. Walk it along to the court room judgy

Friendly staff never any issues.

Everyone I worked with at the clerk's office was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall things didn't take too long and some of the issues were because of my misunderstanding and the Post Office being slow, not the court. They were very polite and understanding, and did everything they could to help me.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE COURT YOU CAN EVER GO TO!!! ZERO STARS.

WORST COURT IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND!! If i could give them 0 star, i would. Worthless bunch of people i have ever met. Always short staff on judges. Wonder why?

They let the states attorney with hold evidence and change a witness testimony . David Daggett is a worthless human being and so is the judge that allowed this. Then on top of it I pay all my restitution then the amount is changed on me so I pay it. Now these corrupt people put a lein on the deed to my house for more money. You all are worthless dirty corrupt scum who are a waste of breath . They all need to go in the corner and hate themselves bc the evil things you are doing no one will ever care when you die.hopefully all of you involved lose everything you have and end up homeless and on the street.

WOW being rude and unprofessional greeting is part of their customer service courtesy, beside she not helpful and she needs to be trained to have better service attitude.

One of the ladies working at the clerk’s office is extremely rude.
