My experience here tonight was the worse. A order was placed online and the young lady taking orders outside informed me that my order was received and paid for and to proceed through the drive thru. Once I got to the window two ppl told me my order wasn't in "their" system. I decided to pull off, once I pulled off, I received a notification that my order was canceled,so I went inside. The attitudes were a little careless, which I did not appreciate. The excuse was a system error on top of my card being charged twice, I still had to pay. I will not come back again.

Food was ok,took way longer than the 12 minutes they proposed and it wasn't even busy. but how do they forget staws for drinks and spoons for yogurt? Do not recommend if you're trying to grab and go because you'll be waiting a while

I ordered 2 spicy chick-fil-a sandwiches and a waffle fries, along with 4 chick-fil-a sauces to drench my food in and i gleefully left chick-fil-a ready to down this exquisite food. I got home, set my food on the table, and got the latest episode of Mr.Beasts game show up ready to feast and watch. To my utter dismay and shock, they had forgot to put in the Chic fil a sauce. I sat in silence as this gut wrenching feeling rushed through my body. For what is chic fil a without the sauce? Alone I sit, my heart feels raw, My sandwich dry, no Chick-fil-A sauce. The golden bun, the tender meat, Yet something’s missing—this meal’s incomplete. I yearned for tang, that savory blend, But they forgot, my soul to mend. A quiet tear, I take a bite, But it’s not the same; it’s just not right.

i went to chick-fil-a monday, and i can’t stop thinking about the amazing customer service! marlee is such an angel, and was so attentive to my family’s needs, and was so sweet with the kids! thank you chickfila for your lovely staff!!

The dining area is very cramped now. They took out a huge section of seating. The food was good.
This location is a pretty big store but for some reason its the only location around that has the SLOWEST drive thru I mean why cant they figure it out Today I was running 17 minutes ahead of schedule for my appt-so I thought I would stop.... I used the entire 17 minutes stuck in the line and its not like you can pull out of line n just leave Its crazy Please get it together

The experience is good but the place is always busy and the crowd is suffocating.
Parking: It has parking but good luck trying to get out with all the cars coming and going.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair access but be careful some drivers like to zoom in an out like a race car.
