My family and I ordered takeout tonight. When We went to pick up the food. Everything was Inside the bag. People are extremely nice when they come and greet you at your car. I especially like when the Chick-fil-A employees say my pleasure when they give your food to you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As someone who has to be very mindful of what I eat, I truly appreciate the care and consistency at the Westminster Chick-fil-A. The team here always handles my order with attention to detail, and I’ve never had an issue—something that’s hard to come by when eating out.
My usual is the grilled chicken club with a lettuce wrap (instead of the bun), extra pickles, pepper jack cheese, a medium fry, and a diet drink. It’s simple, satisfying, and I always leave feeling good.
I’m constantly on the go and appreciate having a reliable place I can trust. Thank you to the staff for making it easy to grab a quick meal without the stress.

My experience here tonight was the worse. A order was placed online and the young lady taking orders outside informed me that my order was received and paid for and to proceed through the drive thru. Once I got to the window two ppl told me my order wasn't in "their" system. I decided to pull off, once I pulled off, I received a notification that my order was canceled,so I went inside. The attitudes were a little careless, which I did not appreciate. The excuse was a system error on top of my card being charged twice, I still had to pay. I will not come back again.

Food was ok,took way longer than the 12 minutes they proposed and it wasn't even busy. but how do they forget staws for drinks and spoons for yogurt? Do not recommend if you're trying to grab and go because you'll be waiting a while

I ordered 2 spicy chick-fil-a sandwiches and a waffle fries, along with 4 chick-fil-a sauces to drench my food in and i gleefully left chick-fil-a ready to down this exquisite food. I got home, set my food on the table, and got the latest episode of Mr.Beasts game show up ready to feast and watch. To my utter dismay and shock, they had forgot to put in the Chic fil a sauce. I sat in silence as this gut wrenching feeling rushed through my body. For what is chic fil a without the sauce? Alone I sit, my heart feels raw, My sandwich dry, no Chick-fil-A sauce. The golden bun, the tender meat, Yet something’s missing—this meal’s incomplete. I yearned for tang, that savory blend, But they forgot, my soul to mend. A quiet tear, I take a bite, But it’s not the same; it’s just not right.
Oh, little cup of liquid gold, How cruel your absence, so cold, so bold. Chick-fil-a please do better, it wasn’t even busy when i came, on fonem grave i’m disappointed 🙏🏾😭
