Heading back to NY from North Carolina and stopped with requests from cult loving family members....exceptional service quality 👌 they even gave us a loaf of bread and croissants not to get the sandwiches soggy on the Long trip and a bag of ice.

I really enjoyed my first visit of CSC in Virginia, but my experience at this location was not very good at all. I got the same meal as I did then and they were totally different . The broccoli salad barely had any sauce on it. The chicken salad scoop was laying on a small, bedraggled lettuce leaf, and the red velvet cake was lacking in frosting and did not taste fresh at all. Overall I think these are signs that corners are being cut to save a buck at the cost of flavor and freshness. This is a location specific issue that needs to be addressed.

I made a special trip to come here after watching a YouTube review and I’m so glad that I did. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant, it’s clean, and the workers have good attitudes and are helpful.
The original chicken salad is so good along with the Mac and cheese plus the grape salad. Wow! It’s the first time I’ve ever had grape salad and I loved it. I’m taking some of the cakes to go. I wish I lived closer but I’m grateful that I was able to experience this gem of a place.

Drove all the way from Harrisburg, PA., I love chicken salad chic and every now and then I get something in my chic sal that i don't want. Once we got a big sliver of chicken skin, no big deal (yuck), today, I got a sleeve of onion skin, not chopped, the kind you can't chew. COME ON YALL, chop it a little better and watch out for the skins! Thank you, we will still come back.....on egg shells....

We literally drove down from Pennsylvania just to try this so it was about an hour and 20 minute drive. And it was worth it. Everything was so good and the customer service was awesome. I wish we had one closer so I could go more often because it’s like the perfect summer lunch.

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened and I finally did and what a disappointment. This whole restaurant is based around chicken salad, and I’m not kidding you when I say I got less than 1cm of chicken salad on my sandwich, it was more like a thin thin spread. The little bit of chicken salad I did receive was boring and bland. The Mac and Cheese also had zero flavor! What a waste of money :( this new business will not last long .
