Messed up my order refused to fix it or put anyone on the phone and lied and said I didn’t order what I actually ordered to try and fix her screw up.

I was in the area for a doctor's appt and stopped by here on my way home for a carryout meal. It was the second worse Chinese food I've ever had, or is tied for first place worst. The crab wontons were fried in an oil that tasted too old to be used and the "crab" was missing from the cream cheese. The roast pork fried rice I'd ordered turned out to be anything but. I was shocked when I opened it at home and found what is probably a vegetarian version -- absolutely not one bite of roast pork, all veggies. If I didn't live 9 miles away I most certainly would have returned and given both items back to them for a refund. I cannot recommend them for your dining experience. There's a Burger King across from them and you'd do better eating there. I so wish I had.

The service is very bad, the employee is very rude, she treats the customers as if she didn't want them to be customers. They charge $4 to sit down. The portions are small. The place is dark and unhygienic.
I ordered egg foo young and shrimp toast. It was terrible. The shrimp on the toast was very thin. Hardly any on it. It was also either fried too long or the oil hasn't been changed in a long time and made it taste burned.The egg foo young also had the same old burned oil flavor which means they use frozen pre-made patties and heat it up in the deep fryer instead of making it fresh. The egg foo young and gravy was lacking in flavor. Pretty bland. I gave food two stars because it was at least edible, but I was close to throwing it out.

One of the best Chinese Restuarants I have been too. When I feel up for it China Inn is always my go to place. Food is always great and the staff is always very nice. If you are looking to have Chinese and looking for a place to go in Westminster place an order at China Inn!

I had broccoli tofu and fried rice , it was absolutely delicious. I'd rate these guys at a 4.7 , no less honestly, go check it out for yourself.
