Don’t get chipotle often because it’s always inconsistent and “meh”. Tonight I got pickup for my family and it took me back to the good ole days of chipotle. Everything tasted great and the portion size was HUGE. Hopefully this location can maintain that level of consistency and if so I’ll be back more often.

Not usually one to leave such a bad review but i feel like i have to.
This location, compared to others, is pretty bad. I've ordered several times over the past year or so, and it's fallen pretty low: small portions, old food (brown guac in the pics), and delays when I picked up my order despite me being the only person there.

Rice was very undercooked. Ruined my burrito. I ate it anyway but it sucked. Aside from that there was a strange burnt taste - maybe the peppers and onions. I actually LOVE chipotle but this location seems to be bad.

Just purchased a steak bowl with guacamole for my wife. While eating her food she found the little sticker that comes on avacados in the guacamole. Not the most appetizing thing to dicover. Preparation speed is fine; but shouldn't result in the sacrifice of quality and cleanliness.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but this chipotle location seems to just disappoint more every time. I have gone a couple times this week and since it’s closer to me I go here but it makes just not want to give them my business.
They are always low on containers, chicken is way overcooked, the ice machine hasn’t been working for days, the guac had avocado shells in it. Not even small chunks they were big chunks. Counter is almost always messy. I just feel they need better supervision or better training. If that improved I would definitely be back. But I won’t be going for a while.

So every time I go here, it seems to get worse and worse and worse
Last night now I do admit, we went a little late, which is understandable that they you know may be tired, but the same time when you pay for food, you want it to be right and it takes a lot for me to complain. It really does. I’m pretty easy-going so anyway we got food and we got chips and cheese. Of course the queso which is my favorite but the problem is the chips were so stale. They didn’t even crack. They just bent and were chewy and I literally had to spit them out of my mouth. And then we moved on to the other food and it just tasted rotten.
And after about an hour of eating it, I’ve been up all night sick And I’m not gonna discuss details because it’s gross, but it was not fun. I definitely had food poisoning And it is now Midday the next day and I’m still sick as a dog. All three of us who ate there last night got sickAlso, every time I go there, the atmosphere is awful and what I mean is it’s filthy. It’s disgusting. It stinks the bathrooms. Don’t even get me started on those

UPDATE I definitely had food poisoning because you know why I was in bed for 48 hours when I wasn’t in the bathroom
PS y’all told me to reach out, So I went on your contact page and went ahead and made a report, but I’m also gonna say this you better hope the health department don’t show up because that restaurant is not going to pass. Lastly, I know this because my husband before he passed away we ran a restaurant and this was disgusting on top of being sick with that being said I am definitely going to be calling the health department if you don’t rectify this.

I've eaten in here plenty of times and knew it was on the dirtier side but food and quantity was never a concern so I figured ordering online would work out but no. Missing sides and drinks of kids meals, skimping on portions (5 pieces of meat) and missing elements of entrees.

Not going to support a restaurant franchise that doesn't accept the cash that i have in my wallet. I also didn't feel very good after eating the barbacoa burrito, commercials always say fresh but who knows what they put in the food to keep from dinner to lunch because I'm sure they don't just throw it away and take a loss!
