Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very disappointed with quality and portions picked up on New Year’s Eve. No lids so everything was under foil and not visible to check in store. Pork appeared that a portion had been removed and was very oily and chunks of fat compared to usual. Added a portion of carne asada for $13 and it was a few small pieces that didn’t fill 1/2 way in the container. Chips bags were much smaller than usual for a large at this store. Opened the tomato salsa to chunks of uncut onion & tomato cores. Overall highly disappointing for the $84.40 we paid, we were excited to see the Build Your Own option, but this was just bad.

The portions are very small here. I have ordered double chicken several times at this location and it was barely a single portion of chicken.

The staff at this location seem clueless. They don’t seem to have any care in the world that customers are walking in the door, waiting in line for food I come to chipotle I pay a little bit more than Taco Bell for a reason I expect fresh food. everything was dry. All of the pans had food and ingredients sticking to them on the food lines. I expressed this to them and they asked me to step aside in line and took other customers who were actually willing to take expired ingredients from off of the line. What a disgusting experience I would much rather go and eat out of a pan at Taco Bell It’s basically the same thing at this point

Worth the trip to go to another Chipotle! Westminster Chipotle is absolutely awful. Last week we had burnt chicken, had to order via app for pick up bc the inside was closed due to low staffing, food was awful. The price you pay, it is not worth it. Last night, ordered a large chip, had to order a 2nd bc the large was in reality a regular but they claimed it was a large, and had to order a 2nd which they never even gave us. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! This chipotle is hands down the worst one I have ever experienced!

When they're really busy, mobile orders can get behind, but this location's popularity speaks for itself. Food is solid and many of the employees work really hard.

This location has been going downhill for quite some time now but today was truly awful. Staff was rude, it smelled like mildew, staff did not change gloves between handling cash and touching food, there's always food all over the counter and mixed into other food. The food was disgusting, chips were stale, veggies were burnt, and the guacamole had large chunks of hard Avocado. To top it all off there was trash in my bowl. A produce sticker. I can only imagine what else was in there. I asked for my money back, received an eye roll and someone came from the back to refund my money. No apology.

My food was cold, old, rice was dried up could break it up. Veggies weren’t cooked. And the lid was not on my sour cream, to top it off my sweet tea wasn’t sweet, was bitter.

I've been going to this chipotle regularly for the past 5 years. As I have celiacs, my food options are limited especially in Westminster. This chipotle has gone down hill severely over the past year; they are consistently out of line items, provide terrible portions, and appear understaffed at all times. Do yourself a favor and go down the road a ways to chick-fil-a, or anywhere else in town really. This is a pass now.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Honestly worst chipotle experience I've ever had lol! First the food was not seasoned well at all ! I finished my bowl in literally 5 minutes because they literlsly put NOTHING in it! I asked for extra rice and beans because it was so skimped and still it was such an empty bowl! Also took 15 minutes to get 2 burritos and a bowl!

I hate leaving a bad review. I just can't go to Chipotle anymore. I have not had a good experience at any of their franchise restaurants.
The service here was good, but the food was awful. The chips were very, very stale, and there was a big clump of fat in one of our burrito bowls that almost made the person ill.. do not recommend

This location needs to stop hiring lazy teenage people that don't care about their employment. Horrible customer service.

Don’t get chipotle often because it’s always inconsistent and “meh”. Tonight I got pickup for my family and it took me back to the good ole days of chipotle. Everything tasted great and the portion size was HUGE. Hopefully this location can maintain that level of consistency and if so I’ll be back more often.
