If I had to describe this place with one word it would be “Wow!”
We’re not from town but come here often. As a family we tend to travel to different towns that are around us, find a favorite spot, then use it as a reason to return.
I can finally say that I found my spot in Westminster ❤️
This place is amazing. Everyone there is so nice and the food is delicious. They are also very kid friendly, which is awesome. The owners also check in on everyone and are very friendly.
If you’re ever in the area, or even if you are not, take some time and stop in and try something. You will not regret it.

We tried the wings, fried fish, shrimp and grits, collard greens, potato salad, blueberry corn bread for dessert, and two adult beverages. All hot and outstanding. The house seasonings are the secret.
We will be back great vibe from staff and other patrons.

The food are amazing, we will be back again for sure. Even the kids love the food.
Husband really love the kill bill sandwich I think that’s the name, also the grill fish sandwich. All the food we ordered has a great taste and no left over, Plus the owner is super nice. The stuff ate friendly.
We did the take out but maybe next time we will try to eat there. I recommend this place.

Our first experience with CC was amazing.
Excellent table service, a wide variety of custom cocktails, a very diverse menu(so many choices to pick from!), and food delivered that looks and tastes great.
The food value for your dollars is well worth a visit.
Both owners came by to ask about the dining experience.
Can't wait to go back.
Best wishes for continued success .

If you haven't tried the food and drinks here you MUST go. We had apps, drinks (both with alcohol and mocktail) and Mac & cheese bowls. Every bite was amazing and both drinks were amazing. Good amount of food for the price. Highly Recommended and will be repeat customers!
This is a must for any foodie in Westminister. Get the egg rolls and one of their bowls. To die for!!

A cool eatery in the heart of downtown Westminster. We were seated immediately. Friendly staff. Good food. Clean bathroom with a baby changing station. Love the option of dining inside or the beautiful patio outside . Wishing you many years of success!
Wow! This place has great food. Full of flavor. Ashley used to wait on us at Olive Garden years ago when we’d go there for our lunch break. She was an awesome waitress, we’d request her. She’s done an amazing job with restaurant. Much blessing to you and your family! We love support small family businesses! Congrats😍

If Collison Course were a superhero, its superpower would be turning hunger into sheer joy and service into performance art. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like royalty—minus the paparazzi but plus a few extra bread rolls. The food? Outrageously delicious. It was as if the chef had a direct hotline to my taste buds and wasn’t afraid to brag. Whether it was the ox tail that practically high-fived my mouth or the dessert that made me question every previous life choice, each bite was a standing ovation in flavor. Five stars, and I’d add a sixth if they keep letting me pretend I’m fancy.

So good I'm writing before I leave! 10/10 recommend Collision Course. Both owners Ashley and Tony were so welcoming and sweet. The food was outstanding! Highly recommend getting the hush puppies LOADED as an appetizer. Perfect portion and absolutely delicious with BBQ sauce and slaw. I got the jerk fish and my husband got the soul bowl both came with mac&cheese and greens. Best mac & cheese from a restaurant that I have found. Cannot wait to come back for brunch and many more visits. Thank you for a delicious and soul hugging meal :) we appreciate you!

We came here for brunch at the recommendation of the Liquid Library folks (love small businesses supporting one another! I think they all know each other from previously working at Rock Salt, which is pretty cool.) The cheesy grits here are a little different than the grits I grew up with (very very creamy here) but I inhaled them they were so good. I had their collision course waffles which were a savory waffle with sausage and gravy, and enjoyed them. I think those are great options for folks coming to brunch here for the first time. I'd love to come back and try dinner. The owner came by and greeted everyone. Service was prompt and friendly. I'm all about supporting small businesses that serve up something a little different than the normal Westminster restaurant fare, so I'm a fan. For parking, there is a parking garage behind this place that is free on weekends and evenings, so I'd recommend trying that first instead of the street parking, since it is a very, very short walk away.
