We hosted a Birthday party for wife and I would give 10 stars if possible.

I can not say enough great things about Covalent Spirits. The atmosphere is outstanding. The place is so cute and quaint….has that cozy, friendly, “Cheers” feel. The owners, Jen and Drew, make drinks and they take the time to talk to you and get to know you. Scott, the bartender, same thing…super friendly…and makes the best cocktails and mocktails around. The distillery has a really cool aesthetic with the exposed brick and other elements that give an industrial vibe. It is a mechanic shop transformed into a distillery, creating a chill atmosphere to sit and enjoy a delicious old fashion. One can appreciate the notes in each drink, whether it's whiskey, gin or vodka, and can taste the effort put into each one. The patio and indoor seating are really relaxing, and the drinks are delicious, including the pH, the Honey Lemon Lavender Old Fashioned (both mocktail and cocktail), and a rummy pineapple whip special. The distillery often features great live music, and visitors can bring their own food, making it a perfect spot for a Saturday evening.
