My husband and I came here for the first time for the Back to School event with the report cards and checking out all the local places to get a stamp on the card. Jennifer was extremely welcoming and explained each drink with detail and enthusiasm, which made me more inclined to order a drink. It was enjoyable to sit at the bar and chat with her about the distillery.
I absolutely love this place. It has a really cool aesthetic with the exposed brick and other elements that give an industrial vibe. It is a mechanic shop transformed into a distillery. It feels so chill to sit and enjoy a delicious old fashion.
One can appreciate the notes in each drink, whether it's whiskey, gin or vodka, and can taste the effort put into each one. A 10/10 must try for whiskey enthusiasts and newbies alike!

My husband and I had a very pleasant Saturday evening here. The atmosphere of both the patio and indoor seating was really relaxing and the drinks were delicious! We had the pH, the Honey Lemon Lavender Old Fashioned(both mocktail and cocktail), and a rummy pineapple whip special. They had great live music and the ability to bring your own food so we walked down to Tim Thai and got takeout. Plus science themed art! We’ll definitely be back soon!

I love their bourbon and vodka and who knew I would like gin! Well actually I only enjoy their gin!!! Each cocktail has a fun spin on it and comes out as a masterpiece! There is typically great music on the weekends too!

I love this place, it’s a very laid back atmosphere, I have been there twice now and met the owners Jenn, I asked for a extra dirty martini and it wasn’t what I was wanted and I felt bad for asking to just swap it out for something else. But Jenn kept making me dirty martinis to see what I liked. She totally went out of her way. I’ve never seen a bartender/ owner do that. She said she wanted me to be happy. She ended up making a perfect extra dirty martini. Jenn was very welcoming and the 2nd time going in she remembered us and was exactly the same as the first time. She was busy waiting on customers but still able to carrying on a conversation. I truly enjoyed this place and recommend it to all of different ages. Over 21 lol I will definitely be back! I hosted my daughter’s bridal shower this week at Covalent Spirits. The owners and staff were very accommodating and made our vision come to life. All of the guests had a great time and enjoyed all of the cocktails! To say the least this was not your typical boring bridal shower!!

The atmosphere seems fun, but the owner’s attitude is not. They are snobby and unwelcoming. The drinks are mediocre at best. There are so many other places to visit in the area. As a local, I had high hopes for this place, but it is a let down. Occasionally there are food options, but unless you want an 80$ charcuterie board (mediocre at best) don’t count on it. All around? Won’t go back.

The space is so unique and comfortable that Everyone raved about it! The separate sitting room with fireplace really added the extra touch on a cold winter night !.. Beautiful!
The owners, Jenn and Drew made everyone feel right at home and the Bartender was so friendly and made a great selection of drinks...everyone was trying new cocktails AND Mocktails.
