Most employees are very kind and care about the quality of their food and service. If you have any problems, ask to speak with Jibran in the morning and Pa in the afternoon.

Several staff members at this location often give the impression that customer service is not a priority. One employee, frequently stationed at the drive-thru window, tends to stare at customers in a manner that feels unsettling and has repeatedly been discourteous. The behavior is consistently unprofessional. Based on the overall environment and management style, this may not be a franchised location—which unfortunately suggests that the improvements necessary to elevate this store to a 5-star experience are unlikely to occur.

If customers choose not to patronize a business, then the business wouldn’t be able to keep their doors open. Dunkin, make a note of this.

So unorganized. Drive thru service is usually OK but lines are too long mobile order should be faster but they dont know how to do mobile orders. Hashbrown texture is usually not good &donuts are usually stale.

Horrible service at the drive-through. I was the only person in line and somehow they still gave me burnt hash browns, dried-up hard donut munchkins, and made my drink wrong, not because I had something complicated, but just wrong ingredients. Do better!

I used to stop here pretty frequently during my commute. I've got my order forgotten about several times, cut off when I am making my order or ask any questions, and been on the receiving end of rude and unprofessional comments. Now I go well out of my way to get coffee somewhere else.

Whatever you do DO NOT use the self checkout register they have here. You will no get your food any faster, if anything you will get it slower. People using the actual register with a person were getting their orders before me and all I ordered was a 1/2 dozen donuts and coffee. Got the coffee before the donuts and had to wait another 5 minutes for those!
