We tried to order food at Firehouse Subs Crossroads Square but the guy working was on his phone in the back. The whole front of the store was empty. We stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and rang the bell on the counter. He saw us but didn’t get off of his phone. We sat and waited for a couple of minutes for someone to come out and take our order but no one did, so we gave up and left.

Standard Firehouse subs. Food was good, although it took a little bit of a wait to get the sandwich. If they can speed up service it would be good.

I went online to place a pickup order at 8:40 and it would not let me. So I thought it won’t take 20 minutes to make one sub. I called they picked up the phone and said we close in 20 minutes and hung up one me. Absolutely ridiculous that is the worst customer service! At least find out what my order is then if the task would be over 20 minutes then tell me. I have been there before and watched them make my sandwich it takes about 7-10 minutes. This is really bad business practice. If your employees don’t want to be there find others

After navigating the endless puzzle of menus they call an app and waiting over 2 minutes on the order processing screen, we placed an online order for 2 subs and a cookie while sitting in the parking lot.

The app said our food would be ready at 8:20 and I felt like the struggles were behind us. A new era of hassle-free flavor had arrived. I was wrong.

We walked into the store at 8:19 when I saw the employees chilling out through the window and thought “huh, they must be done with our order.” I told the guy at the counter that we had an online order. The dude seemed surprised anyone even decided to walk in the building, and after some mumbling and button pressing, he hopped right to work…… on our order.

Now here is where I take responsibility for part of this debacle. After 10 minutes he hands us a bag of food and we walk out hungry as bears. We should have checked.

When we get home, we realize one sub was entirely incorrect and inedible due to dietary restrictions. I called them to ask about picking up a replacement sub and they said they could make it for me…. tomorrow.

Oh, and by the way, they put the wrong flavor of cookie in the bag…… I don’t know who this legend of a manager Melissa is, but you gotta bring her back or shut that store down!

Officially boycotted! Subway made me mad back in 1986 with their shoddy craft work. Haven't eaten there since. Firehouse is now on my DoNotEat list. I understand shrinkflation but we spent $60 on an order for 3 sammies and chips. The subs...although tasty... are on hotdogs buns!! They are tiny! Absolute rip off! Will never ever spend another dime in the place. Never ate there much anyway bc they were always kinda pricey. Now they are a carnival food....way overpriced for what u get...and officially off my radar forever.

I don't know if Firehouse subs have changed owners or what but their food is really going downhill. One here tonight got a steak and cheese I'm still trying to figure out where the steak is. The two guys working there not very friendly I couldn't hear the cashier he talks so low that I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. We didn't feel welcome at all. Definitely will not be going back here but definitely not recommend it either . For paying $15.99 for the sub it wasn't even worth it at least the bread was good

Went there today place was empty 2 guys working finally took our order had to ask for drink cup the tables were dirty and the 2 workers were only interested in the vehicle they were washing out the back door and yes the door was propped open subs were fair not good no condiments available we will not return don’t know who is manager but this place needs help or it might as well close down

I'm really saddened to see the current state of this restaurant. This location was my standard for years and the food was always fresh and delicious. Melissa was an amazing person who consistently went above and beyond to develop a personal connection with her customers.

The Italian has always been my favorite, but the last one I had barely tasted like it should, and the meat and bread were very stale and tasteless.

After noticing the decline in quality over my past several visits, I unfortunately won't be dining here anymore and can't recommend this restaurant.

Rude employees who won’t accept gift cards for payment, tell you to order through the app which also doesn’t take gift cards, and who refuse to honor any app deals even when it says valid in store. The new management is just as terrible as the old management.

Picked up lunch for my coworkers and I today. I ordered the smoked turkey sub. When I went to pick it up I noticed globs of slimy looking stuff on top of the turkey. I thought maybe it was melted cheese. So I looked closer and touched it with my fingers and it definitely was slimy stuff not cheese. So gross! Unfortunately I had already eaten some of it before I realized this. So I looked at the rest of the turkey and all of the turkey had a slimy film in it. The turkey was clearly bad. Unfortunately I don’t think I will ever been getting a sub from this location again.
