ordered from here for the 1st time this week. Pros: food is really good and fresh. Cons: They are much more expensive than the family-owned local places. No fries. I asked for no onions or peppers, and got them anyway. Ate a few before i caught it, and paid for it the next day.

Haven't been to Firehouse in awhile, so we decided to stop in. We were promptly greeted as we walk in and our order was taken right away and as an added bonus-was made correctly!
There new added sauces was a nice change to their style menu items! The zesty garlic sauce was my favorite and the scorpion sauce was my husbands!! If I had one thing to say about the establishment... is it was cold!!!!

Made an online order at the Crossroad Square store in Westminster. When I arrived the counter person kept saying he did not have an order for me. After showing him the mobile receipt and the credit charge he still kept saying he didn't show an order on his system and just starting waiting on other customers. Was very rude and finally said his name was Kevin after being asked numerous times, if that was true. I put a complaint in for my refund, sent the receipt and I still do not have my sandwich or money. I have been very patient but eventually had to put a dispute in with my credit card company. BEWARE. I USE TO THINK BETTER ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THIS STORE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

We dined at this location yesterday. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we were ordering. The restaurant was clean, well lit and fully stocked. The food was fresh and made correctly. Even the complicated person in our party that changes everything got the correct order! The only down I saw was that they had one restroom down and the second one was a bit untidy. Not so bad that you couldn't use it but it definitely needed attention! Other than that I would 100% recommend and go to this Firehouse Subs again!

We tried to order food at Firehouse Subs Crossroads Square but the guy working was on his phone in the back. The whole front of the store was empty. We stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and rang the bell on the counter. He saw us but didn’t get off of his phone. We sat and waited for a couple of minutes for someone to come out and take our order but no one did, so we gave up and left.

I went online to place a pickup order at 8:40 and it would not let me. So I thought it won’t take 20 minutes to make one sub. I called they picked up the phone and said we close in 20 minutes and hung up one me. Absolutely ridiculous that is the worst customer service! At least find out what my order is then if the task would be over 20 minutes then tell me. I have been there before and watched them make my sandwich it takes about 7-10 minutes. This is really bad business practice. If your employees don’t want to be there find others

After navigating the endless puzzle of menus they call an app and waiting over 2 minutes on the order processing screen, we placed an online order for 2 subs and a cookie while sitting in the parking lot.

The app said our food would be ready at 8:20 and I felt like the struggles were behind us. A new era of hassle-free flavor had arrived. I was wrong.

We walked into the store at 8:19 when I saw the employees chilling out through the window and thought “huh, they must be done with our order.” I told the guy at the counter that we had an online order. The dude seemed surprised anyone even decided to walk in the building, and after some mumbling and button pressing, he hopped right to work…… on our order.

Now here is where I take responsibility for part of this debacle. After 10 minutes he hands us a bag of food and we walk out hungry as bears. We should have checked.

When we get home, we realize one sub was entirely incorrect and inedible due to dietary restrictions. I called them to ask about picking up a replacement sub and they said they could make it for me…. tomorrow.

Oh, and by the way, they put the wrong flavor of cookie in the bag…… I don’t know who this legend of a manager Melissa is, but you gotta bring her back or shut that store down!

P.S. the cookie is old and nasty cardboard flavor - limited release!
