The quality has fallen off significantly in the past year. Our last several orders have been just bad. The pizza, lately, is constantly over cooked, and a wrap ordered recently had a hard, dry tortilla. Subs have had hard, burnt bread, and the fries have been over cooked. Normally these are things that could be overlooked, but when the prices are what they are, it’s hard to ignore. Our last order included a plain cheese pizza, that had burnt crust, (even after requesting that it be lightly done) and cheese that was hard from being over cooked. At this point, pizza from a chain is better, at least you can get a discount. We were regular customers, but after our last order we are done. Everything is constantly burned. There are far better options in Westminster for these prices, or less.

Don’t know how this place got Carrol’s best. Food is mediocre prices are high onion rings are cold and subs are incomplete. Go to Wawa if you want a sub. Tommys pizza in Gettysburg puts this place to shame.

Ordered a small pizza to be delivered. It was burned and tasted bad. I called to let them know, and their response was to tell me to order it lightly done next time. No apology, no offer to make it right. Very disappointing.

The owner/manager was so rude to me and my kids it was embarrassing. If you want no children in your restaurant then you should put a door on your sign. My children stayed in their seats didn't yell or jump around didn't throw things didn't spill things on the floor. They talked at a raised volume compared to adults. But they sat in their seats at their table didn't talk to other customers etc. I can't believe how rude the guy was. Unacceptable. This isn't a fancy restaurant. This isn't even a regular restaurant. It's a pizza and sub shop. The whole experience is a turn off. We've had a few comments over the years from the same guy but today felt much harsher. I always tip and come relatively often but feel like we are no longer welcome. Will remember that in the future and share that info with my friends with kids. There's plenty of other pizza joints in town that don't treat us like that. Thanks again for the bad experience
Our church has been ordering pizzas from Genova's (almost exclusively) for years now, and the quality, timeliness, and service is always on-point. Over the weekend, we had a large order, and the Genova's team was excellent! Keep up the great work & we'll continue to enjoy your great pizza here at Crossroads Church!

We used to LOVE the Nona’s lasagna but the last two times it has been sub par. The noodles are too thick ( are you using pre cooked and not homemade?) And there is not enough sauce. Portion cut in half. Just OK not great like it was.

It’s my second time order food from here ,first time was really good that’s why trying to try again,but this time isn’t good enough,there have a short hair in my eggplant subs ,and stick with the cheese ,that makes me get a little bit nauseous:(
