Giant is a decent store, not cheap but, what is! The have a good variety of foods and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

The store is always clean and organized, but this review is for Chantelle. I’ve never experienced a kinder cashier! She made sure to try every coupon I’d be eligible for in the circular after I told her I didn’t bring any. Just a ray of sunshine in a world of self check outs.

I thought I would update this because I still go. This place hasn't gotten any better the same manager looks like a deer in a headlight when there's an issue. Use my food stamps once again it was mislabeled tgis is the 5th time this year this has happened. I don't know what your seafood and meat department problem is but they got to do better. And once again your manager when there was an issue came in very heated when they asked what's the problem. I had figured that the employee had explained it before he came over didn't know that he didn't. Explained what was on the screen very angrily he asked again what's the problem. And then asked him to calm down since there was no reason to be so rude and to take a breath not that big of a deal. I know that you people see the reviews I would highly suggest fixing what's wrong with this store. I would at least like to add that they competed the food but since this is the 5th time it's been mislabeled and 2 years ago this was an issue days alot and is not okay

I ordered pickup through the app. There was no communication on if/when ready, substitutions, or anything. I showed up at my pickup time and it was ready. They packaged raw meat on top of fresh fruit (grapes and blueberries) and the meat was dripping with blood through the plastic. Threw the produce away. Pretty pissed about that. That’s all.

Please check your expiration dates on food especially dairy! There were items from July still on the shelves that had expired. Not the first time. Additionally, I’m tired of having to use self checkout when I have a lot of food because only one full service line is open. Can’t wait that long when you have ice cream

Shopped in the store on a Monday early afternoon. There are 8 cash registers, all closed but two. There were 3 people in each line. Unless they give me a discount for using self checkout, I refuse to go there. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait to give Giant my money. I guess corporate is too cheap to hire more employees. I’d hate to see what it it like in a weekend.

Nothing like being followed buy security every isle standing with arms crossed followed for an hr. Trying to be intimidating with a mean look on his face very uncomfortable very unnecessary.
