They have the absolute best chicken salad and egg salad; the staff are super friendly. I love supporting this local buisness!Vegetarian options: At the deli, they have really good pasta salad, egg salad, macaroni salad, and potato salad. And of course they have ice cream.Parking: Lots of spots that are easy to park in. However, there is only one handicap spot, and most of the other parking spots are on a hill and far from the door. Someone who is disabled may have to wait for the handicap spot to open up, as its filled quite often when they're busy.Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kids with a large selection of deli sandwhiches and delicious ice cream. Its a great place to bring kids. Only negative is it can get pricey quickly with a lot of mouths to feed.Wheelchair accessibility: There is only one handicap spot, and most of the other parking spots are on a hill and far from the door. Someone who is disabled may have to wait for the handicap spot to open up, as its filled quite often when they're busy. Positively though, the entire parking lot is paved. Inside the store, the aisles are somewhat narrow - I *think* that someone with a wheelchair or other mobility device will be able to get through the aisles, albeit with a little precision. The main aisle is wider than the side aisles. I know for certain that I would be able to get my grandmother's wheelchair through the whole store.
I always like to stop and purchase mint chocolate chip by the half gallon. Usually 2 halves plus a 2 dip waffle cone, chocolate almond chip(my all time favorite) and a scoop of chocolate peanut. Nice place. Kids work hard.
