Food was good only took 5 five minutes

As a regular customer who enjoys Jersey Mike’s food and service, I believe that maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is crucial for the overall dining experience.

During my recent visit, I observed that the ceiling tiles had dust hanging from them, which is quite concerning. Additionally, the floors behind the counter appeared messy (with lettuce, etc.) which raises concerns about the hygiene standards maintained in the food preparation area.

I understand that managing a busy restaurant can be challenging, but I hope that management will address these cleanliness issues promptly. Ensuring that the ceiling tiles and floors are regularly cleaned will not only improve the ambiance of any restaurant but also reassure customers about the hygiene standards the business uphold.
Looking forward to seeing improvements in the near future.

Then she proceeded to go to the back with the other girls and laugh and whisper but obviously we could still hear.

Not only did they not add the extra condiments I asked for, they didn’t even add the onions and peppers that are in the description, do better

Guys, read the orders better. No lettuce, no tomato, no mayo. Extra meat, cheese, or bacon are often ignored.

Jersey Mikes is always good. Today we went to Westminster Maryland location. Chicken cheese steaks were horrible. Bread was thick and old. Wife ordered the original. Some of the meat on the sandwich was hot and tasted of chemicals. Last time we go to this Kersey Mike's. O/5!

Nasty attitude lazy disrespectful service! ! The place was dirty and uniforms dirty! 5 workers and no one could ring me up !april 10th around 3:30 I was only buying a tea and chips!
