We held a family birthday party of thirty-five people at the cafe, and we were both surprised by the pricing and disappointed by the quality of the food. We were initially told that we would be charged $20-$25 per person, however including the room rental and gratuity in the bill, the total came out to a little over $34 per person. The food wasn't anything special, comparable to what one might buy at a grocery store, and the cookies were burnt. Also, a mandatory 20% gratuity was added despite the only service being a buffet-style lunch. If you do choose the Kountry Kafe for catering, I would recommend having the event in your own space as well as getting a written quote for the exact breakdown of pricing.
