Ledo's quality is eroding like so many chains nowadays. Their sausage topping has become terrible. Their calzones aren't actually calzones by anyone's definition and are awful. Simple pizzas and salads are still ok though.

Literally had the worst cheese steak I've ever had in my life from here. There was barely any meat at all. It looked like it was just thrown together. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Genovas is much better and not far away. The subroll wasn't great either. Paid $11 for a tiny bit of meat and a bunch of lettuce. The owner needs to get it together.

Imagine ordering 5 calzones and half of them are burnt to a crisp and then calling to talk to the store manager about it and getting hung up on without any sort of refund or apology. Amazing. What a waste of money and a huge disappointment, will not ever be eating at this chain again.

This picture is what a $25 dollar 5 ingredient medium pizza looks like from Ledos! I don't know what is going on with the company, but I expect they will soon be out of business with these kinds of prices and value. Notice the small amount of ingredients and mostly cheese..
Update, once again Ledo wants me to use the system they have. I did! Then once again after two weeks not one word from them.. Some bot must be employed to respond to any reviews. From the quality of food I would expect nothing more/less!
