Every time visit this location I’m greeted with a friendly smile! The accurate and yummy pizza is just a plus! Rachel is extremely helpful and accommodating and even helped get my order to my car when my two year old had a melt down.(Just toddler things) Thank you Rachel and staff at Westminster Pizza Hut!

How are they still in business. Dining area, I guess, is closed. If it isn't it should be. The floor in the carry out area was covered in water... And it was freezing in there. Pizza is ok, but you can get a larger pizza for cheaper from just about any other pizza place in town. Sad to see this childhood favorite go downhill.

We went to dine in last Saturday night for stuffed crust pizza and cinnamon rolls. Both items we ordered we cooked well and delicious! Unfortunately, everything else about our visit was disappointing enough that we will never eat in there again.
First issue was the filth. Each table was dirtier than the next. Some still had dirty dishes on them and yet, the place was completely empty. I couldn't even try to offer the excuse that the staff got slammed; we were literally the only customers.
Second issue was the service, or lack thereof. We were directed to seat ourselves after ordering, and paying, at the counter. Our food was brought to us and then we never saw a staff member again. Not to see how the food was, for drink refills, nothing.
A second family came in a bit later and clearly had the same issues. We watched them walk from table to take just as we had, looking for a remotely clean one; I know this for a fact because we discussed both that, and the utter lack of service.
Again, the food was delicious, but we will never do anything from here besides carryout ever again.

The absolute worse experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant period. Now I know why the place was practically deserted.. not to mention the incompetence of the woman taking our order, messing it up and then blaming it on us. Rachel At Westminster Pizza Hut, you know you messed up, you know what our order was and to point the finger at the customer was baffling.. I should’ve known it wasn’t going to end well and we’d basically get robbed.. when we got there a gentleman had to come back for y’all to fix his pizza, then someone called and said they were missing FIVE chicken wings and I heard you blame the one person who was making the food. It was absolutely awful. Lucky for me I just so happened to record when you read our order back to us.. I’ll be contacting corporate tomorrow. Good luck with keeping this place open.

Ordered an original pan dough but they gave me a hand tossed ....this happens all the time. How do I order. I cant be anymore specific than to say Original PAN dough.
