Very disappointed long evening at work stopped at Westminster location store #3694 drive thru paid $12.71 for chicken bits hard pie and wrap that was not appealing at all only thing ok was soda and I’m surprised that was ok. I had to eat bowl of cereal I don’t have money to waste on uneatible food will not go back EVER!!!!

Ordered Uber for 3 piece chicken, biscuit, mashed potatoes w/canjun gravy and sweet tea. The Uber lady did her job right. Popeyes did not. The chicken was pale, cold and dried up with absolutely no flavor. And how in the world 🌎 did they get white meat on a wing. Regardless, all that money I paid to get that 3 piece meal including taxes, service fee and a tip cost me $25. Yes the mashed potatoes and sweet tea were good. But the chicken and biscuit most have sat all day. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I never order out. This was going to be a nice treat for me. And on top of that. I now see all the bad reviews on here from Popeyes. Customers paying their hard earned money 💰 should be given a fantastic meal and treated like royalty 👑 Somebody needs to have their job taken from them. And Popeyes needs to keep firing people until they get the message loud and clear. When we give you our hard earned money 💰 🤑 then we should be given a hot, fresh meal. Not a cold dried up meal with no flavor. Today is Monday July 28th, 2025. Let's see how long it takes for Popeyes to give my money back without an attitude 😒

It was the worst chicken I've had from Popeyes ever! It was super dry and tasted like straight flour. I bought 16 pieces of chicken and 12 chicken tenders, no sides. It was 60 dollars which I wouldn't have minded paying if it had been good chicken but it was terrible!

We went there fir dinner and bought it home. We ordered a small mashed potato with gravy. Got home and it had no gravy on it. I think this crew needs to be shown to basics of customer appreciation
