I've eaten there before and really enjoyed it. This time I was very disappointed. I got an Italian sub cold. No Italian meats. Ham was regular ham and cooked salami. Very little meat and cheese.

I've dined at Roberto's often. This time was horrible. I ordered pick up as usual. I ordered three subs. One whole cheeseburger, one whole cheese steak, one half cheese steak. The steak subs were missing extra fried onions that I ordered. No lettuce which I ordered. Tomatoes were paper thin almost half the meat as usually is on them. My order number was 51 on 04/06/24. At about 6pm. So they know who I was. They have new staff I don't remember seeing before. But, if they are cutting back quality to save a buck. No good. 60th bday and the meal I wanted sucked. Thanks Roberto's. My number is on the ticket if you want to hear more and keep me as a customer. 45 dollar's wasted.

The most horrible terrible place to patronize in Westminster for a pathetic food establishment, went there over a week ago to place an order at the counter was told 10-15 so I waited at a table inside this dirty disgusting establishment and when the 15 minutes was up I went back up to the counter and I was told they hadn't even started to fix my order at that point I was about to ask for a refund but I was hungry but they didn't care well I don't either anymore now because I will never return back to that filthy disgusting place they call ROBERTO'S!!!

Today was my first time eating at Roberto's and my experience was amazing. The food was hot and fresh, service was great and the waiter who was probably the owner was very nice. We will definitely go back soon. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and my husband had the chicken tenders and fries. Thank you for a great first
This was my first and last time eating from this restaurant! I ordered food with my coworkers and I ordered a 1/2 chicken cheesesteak! When I tell you that my sub look like a toddler Jr sub with scraps of meat believe me! I then called the restaurant to tell them about it and his response was “Oh she have making subs for 20 years” well I tell you this I think it’s time she retire! I will NEVER EVER BE RETURNING!
