I ordered two pieces dark meat and waffles you couldn't even chew the waffles and the chicken was so dry gave it to the dog even he had an hard time chewing it,I haven't been to Roy's in a very long time since it left Baltimore so I thought I was getting a treat huh,fooled Me, Never AGAIN SMH.

There's 5-6 people in the place and I waited a good 10 minutes for service and a cold, overcooked burger and a half-filled large fries. I would have complained but it would have taken 10 more minutes to do so.

We go to Roy Rogers pretty regularly. It's a good burger and fries, and a bunch of other tasty things. But this review is about the service.My wife and I went in on Sunday, 5/12/24, and saw two incredibly hardworking, professional employees working the front end.Hailey was running the register. She was welcoming and professional. In between customers she was assisting getting food out to the dining room. Management material!Sam was expediting the food to the dining room AND assisting the drive-through when needed. She was getting out 3 and 4 orders at once! She was really working hard while keeping a kind, professional demeaner with the customers.Good hires Roy Rogers.

This visit was the best food I've had from a fast food place ever! The fixing bar was so fresh and picture perfect. I forced myself to eat the strawberry short cake too. I can't wait to go back to this location. Thank you. I'm not even joking or being sarcastic. Nice job!
