Great wines and friendly staff.

Wine was delicious, service was great, & the atmosphere is very peaceful.

I really enjoy the vibe of this place. Its not the most visually spectacular winery you will un across, but the wine is good, the prices are reasonable, and the porch and live music are always a nice treat out of the house.

This place is off the beaten path, and aren't the best places these days in this category? We wanted to find a vineyard that wasn't going to have throngs of people, a nice environment, and relax a little with our kids in tow. This place was exactly what we needed. The scenery, just gorgeous. The barn and blue sky served a beautiful backdrop to the vines and forest surrounding us. The tasting room was adorable and cool for those wanting to escape the summer heat. We chose to sit under the shaded patio, surrounded by flowers and tasteful touches with their decor. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Our kids weren't minded at all, except for by us of course, and they enjoyed walking about as we enjoyed our flights of wine. It reminded me of when we lived in Germany and visited the wineries out there. It was just delightful. Lauren was our wine captain. She walked us through our choices and then we talked about them as we sampled through them. We loved chatting with her. She seems like such an incredibly sweet person and made our trip out there even that much better. We enjoyed all of the wines but can you believe we forgot to grab a bottle when we left. Oh well, it just gices another reason to go back out there! That area is also incredibly pretty. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby so there's a lot to do out there which is always a plus in our book.

Cool little local family owned Vinyard/ winery. Smokin Roches BBQ food truck was on point! But nothing could beat my company! ❤️

Best Maryland winery for dry whites and reds, hands down. Smaller venue, cozy and warm. Knowledgeable and personable staff.

I couldn't recommend this place more! My friend and I were looking for a great new place for our Sunday adventure and tried our luck here because of the name, Serpent Ridge. We met for a casual wine tasting with cheese & crackers, and oh, my gosh, we were NOT disappointed! Every wine we tried was delightful and every person we met was even more so! We will most definitely be back soon to try the next small batch and bring home more of our favorites. Thank you!

spur of the moment visit and sooooo glad we did. unimposing yet inviting and welcoming. as soon as you come into the parking area you het that sense of “hey, come on in, pick up a bottle and relax.”

wines are (generally) lighter than i like get there’s a nice variety. Lauren and Amy in the tasting room are well versed and they’ll match their recommendations to your tastes.

Laid back, inviting and friendly vineyard great selection of wines, food options were a bit limited with meats, cheeses and crackers you purchase yourself, but it’s a great vibe and perfect for a quiet relaxing afternoon. Head here instead of Old Westminster Winery where they charge you just to sit down.

Great wine tasting, love their chocolate flavored wine with their serving of truffles. Loved sitting out on their porch looking on the grapevines over the hill above.

My wife and I are visiting Westminster MD for the weekend. We visited Serpent Ridge Vineyard to experience their wine tasting.

My wife chose bitter/dry wines.

I chose sweet wines; we also enjoyed mini chocolate truffles.

My wife’s favorite was the 2022 Malbec.

My favorite was the Peach Bellini (frozen).

The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable; we enjoyed the outside space and the weather was perfect.

The Bellini is excellent. Staff is wonderful and atmosphere is inviting
