Catered my work event today. It was amazing. Service was fantastic!!!
Finally got to try Brian's BBQ...had the pork bowl with corn pudding and beer cheese mac and the Sykesville Craft Beer Festival...would've paid the price of admission just to eat this and go home...was that good!!...Awesome job Brian and great job overseeing every aspect of your business. Working the line of customers, keeping them updated on what's available, working the grill in the truck..True business owner that does whatever is needed!! Highly recommend!!
We’ve used Smokin’ Roche’s a few times for company functions including most recently our summer picnic. As always, the food and service was excellent. Many compliments from the employees including “the best pit beef and salads I’ve ever had” and they are right! See you next year Brian! If not sooner!
