The only reason to go here is to do the in car service cause the kids think it's cool. Pushed the button, waited 4.5 minutes and finally they answered me a told me you have to use the drive threw. Nope not doing that, we left No car side service anymore

Foods good when they get it right. I ordered 2 sonic smashers last night that I added bacon to for me and my bro. Got home and realized neither had bacon, and they were sonics normal burger with one patty, not the smash burgers at all. Paid full price for 2 smash burgers and didn’t get even close to that

BRING BACK PICKLE FRIES, PLEASSSSSE!!!!

I placed a mobile order for a medium slush and waited in my car for 25 minutes with no update. I finally went inside and saw my drink sitting on the counter in the back, while four employees stood around doing nothing. Any of them could’ve easily brought it out, but they didn’t. The slush itself was good, but definitely not worth the frustrating wait.

I come to this Sonic fairly often. Today I went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals, specifying that I wanted a side of fries and a drink with each (the combo meal). I also ordered a side pretzel and slushee. After I had ordered everything, a different employee came over the speaker and asked if I wanted a combo, and I thought they had meant for the pretzel, so I said no. I pull up to the window and the fries and drinks had been removed from our order. I have worked in food service and understand mistakes happen.

The person, who I am assuming was the manager, came to the window and very rudely said that that was why she asked me if I wanted a combo and that’s why I didn’t get the fries or the drinks (I still ordered the fries and drinks, and expected them with my order). We were then charged for the two drinks separately and I did not want to try to get the fries since the employee seemed angry.

I have gone to this sonic for years and have not had this kind of interaction before. I am very disappointed.

I’ve come here a few times and the food is always fine. Nothing to complain about for sure. But the service is always horrible. Passive aggressive and they make it clear they don’t want to work. Today was worse though. We were running late from work and just needed something quick to eat. We stopped by this sonic at 10:40 (20 minutes before close) and were told they closed the kitchen and couldn’t help us. If you come here (not that you should) make sure you’re there early enough that they’ll actually serve you. And still accept passive aggressive service regardless of the time of day

Absolutely terrible experience at the Westminster Sonic. Pulled in for curbside pickup around 8:30pm on a weekend and they straight-up refused to bring the order out. Isn’t that the whole point of curbside?? When I asked what was going on, the employees had nasty attitudes and acted like I was a burden just for expecting basic service. If you can’t handle curbside late at night, don’t offer it. And if you’re going to cut it off early, at least be polite about it. Won’t be back.

Food was good, only complaint was waited over 10 minutes at the stall to pick up my food. The drive through would have been faster. At this location there is no point in ordering in advance.

My advice make it where you can pick up the food via the drive through.

I’ve used the drive through 2x now and can confirm no issue with drive through fast and made to order
