Food was good, only complaint was waited over 10 minutes at the stall to pick up my food. The drive through would have been faster. At this location there is no point in ordering in advance.

My advice make it where you can pick up the food via the drive through.

Employees pretended to be closed much earlier than they actually were, we were looking forward to eating here and were severely disappointed in the service. Employees showed disrespect and had an attitude

I think the employees are either untrained, don’t understand english, high or just slow because I literally never seen such slow service with zero customers. I had to go into the drive through line because no one ever came out with my order . When I finally got someone on the mic I told them I had the mobile order so they tell me to pull around another 5-10 mins waiting for them to come back all confused about who had a mobile order. Sub par food I see this place closing

ONLY reason I give it two stars is I want to hope the owner or manager hears me out.

I return here every few months, I love sonic. However this location has to be one of the worst, with many shortfalls. I would come here more often if it was better. I’m sure others would too. Which returning business would help this location ALOT.

First off, everytime I come here, I am missing food, or napkins, or sauce, or utensils. Even if I order a simple meal it will still most likely be missing something. I will then have to come in and get the rest of it. Even though they JUST saw me in the drive thru , they question me about my order. I don’t know if the employees are just high or what but this is probably the worst issue. I can’t get napkins even without having to stop an employee from what they are doing. Why not just have the napkins at a table?? Come on.

After spending a lot of time in the drive thru, then coming in to get the rest of my meal, the food is typically stale. Today I got a foot long coney, and the bun was almost too hard to bite into…. Im guess yall are struggling to keep this place open, and don’t want to throw out buns maybe, but hard, stiff, stale buns aren’t going to help get more people here.

As I sat here writing this, I watched someone get mad for waiting for “ 30 mins “ on their order, so they left to go get food elsewhere while they are on their lunch break. About 10 minutes later a girl works out with their food confused where they went. This place isn’t even busy…. I personally think this location needs to get some higher quality employees, pay the little extra in money to get someone in here to clean and organize this place and work flow.

From someone that hopes to have their local sonic get better, maybe drug test your employees or get better ones. These people have to be high af.

If I could give six stars for service, I would miss Gina went above and beyond today to give my dog a cup of whipped cream, and she was very friendly at the window and it turned my entire day around. Awesome service there!!!

They never brought our mobile order out, we gave up after 15 min and went to the drive through. They hadn't even started the order.

The food is ok, and I've encountered some nice employees, but I do not understand a restaurant well known and loved for the drive in style service not using the stalls at all, using only drive thru. I'm guessing that the location isn't profitable enough to hire employees to deliver food. Very strange. Hoping this changes during warmer months.

The first time I ordered I never got my food. I finally gave them another chance and went back after a year and I ordered a burger no onions...It had onions. STAY AWAY.

The milkshake and the pickle fries gave me and my husband diarrhea. Won't go to this Sonic again.

Been here two times, both times terrible. One time, I just left because there was no one compentent enough to take my order. The second time, I tried to order at the speaker and was told to pull around to the window. When I got there I was handed someone elses order and had to tell them I hadnt ordered.
