I go here almost every day before work I have a great experience every time! One of my Favorites are when kelly and dilmer are there best vibes great customer service and attitudes
Absolutely terrible service. they just talk the entire time instead of making your drink. I waited for 25 minutes. For two drinks. They added an order to my receipt and then effed up my gift card.Do NOT go here.

I come here for hot chocolate regularly. They’re friendly but definitely not as fast as I would like.

I think Starbucks corporation need check this location. They never have food available. And even if they have it, then their oven is brokenand also they often break down the machine that produces Expresso. Personally, my opinion is that I think that lazy workers work there.

Coffee was good but the place was a mess - stuff all over the counter (including cash?!), food prep area dirty and cluttered. Staff looked unkempt.

This place was amazing until all the good staff left. They are constantly understaffed, cannot keep the good staff they had or do get more then they last maybe a few months tops. It has just turned into a complete mess of not opening on time, running out of products, and no one seeming to know what is going on. Safeway needs to get their act together and do something before they lose all their customers, coming here used to be super convenient, now I am better off just driving the extra ten minutes down the road. Do better.

Maybe they listened, but I can say that things have gotten a lot better! Shout out to the amazing Christina, Kelly, Meghan, and all the other rockstars that deal with the crazy on a daily and still manage to do it all with a smile on their face and friendly, kind demeanor. Safeway if you do pay attention: DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT lose these amazing individuals. If it wasn't for them, I would not be coming here (and I can promise you I am not the only customer who probably feels this way.)
Kelly is amazing! She is always so happy to serve customers! When she’s working I know my order will be perfect!!

So, I don’t know if these are checked, but the coffee has been AWFUL lately. I don’t think the right ratios/grind is being used, cause it has been actual mud the past two trips. Iced coffee too, not just hot. I just think a refresher on coffee:water, grind is in order. Its pretty bad, y’all.
When you want a place that KNOWS coffee- THIS IS IT!!!!!
