This place was amazing until all the good staff left. They are constantly understaffed, cannot keep the good staff they had or do get more then they last maybe a few months tops. It has just turned into a complete mess of not opening on time, running out of products, and no one seeming to know what is going on. Safeway needs to get their act together and do something before they lose all their customers, coming here used to be super convenient, now I am better off just driving...
So, I don’t know if these are checked, but the coffee has been AWFUL lately. I don’t think the right ratios/grind is being used, cause it has been actual mud the past two trips. Iced coffee too, not just hot. I just think a refresher on coffee:water, grind is in order. Its pretty bad, y’all.
The manager was very personable as was the entire staff! Seeing as my order is an unusual order, I really appreciate our barista Molly for going the extra mile and doing a great job making our order!I understand the others talking about the line but that stands to reason seeing as they do such a great job and try to ensure customer satisfaction!!This will be our go to from here on out for out caffeine fix!Thank y'all so much for the exceptional service!
