Usually go to the Starbucks on the other end of town since it opened. Came to this one today and when I went in to pick up my mobile order. Most of the lady’s were walking around like they weren’t sure what they were supposed to be doing. There was another lady there waiting for more time than I was. One of the employees was complaining loudly about getting a bad review because someone didn’t like their drink.

When it's not busy, it's fine. When it's busy, it's an absolute nightmare. Took 30 minutes to get through the miserable drive-through. Only Starbucks in the area, though.

Beyond mad. I placed a mobile order for in store pick up, drink was to be ready around 11:06. I stood there and waited as people came and went, never saw my drink come up. Almost 30 minutes went by so I finally nicely asked a worker if my drink would be up soon. The manager was nice but the lady making the drinks seemed to have an attitude problem. The manager made my drink, I didn’t notice until I left that it was made wrong, the customization I had did on my phone wasn’t reflected. I understand mistakes happen but I paid EXTRA for these upgrades and they weren’t reflected. I had an issue last time I got a drink earlier this week as well. Absolutely will not be returning to this location in the future and won’t miss the attitudes the workers seem to have.

Unwilling to correct my order, and they just put a cup over it and handed it to me like that, making a complete mess in my car 🚗 very disappointing 😞 to feel unappreciated 😑 at this location

Waited a very long time for my order to be taken, even though I was the only person in line.
While waiting for my order, I heard employees complain about another customer just because he didn't tip. The manager on duty said they would "keep that in mind" the next time he came in. Gross, and the brazenness to say all this in front of other customers floored me.
Also the drink was undrinkable; I had to dump it out as soon as I got home. I wish I had tasted it before I left the store.

I go to this Starbucks frequently for late night pick-me ups and the staff is always so friendly. The drinks are always great and the food is perfect. I unfortunately made an online order where the product was not available in store like the app had said. The staff were so wonderful about handling the situation.

I did a pick up order which was ready shortly after I arrived. Staff was friendly and asked if I was waiting on a mobile order, which I was, and the barista was just finishing it up.
