I was threatened by staff that if I didn't leave she would drag me out by my hair. I believe she got upset because I wasn't yelling back at her. When I refused to act the same, she then accused me of gaslighting her and proceeded to call the police to have me removed. Of course nothing came of it, I was not arrested or charged with anything, because I did nothing wrong. I was just publicly humiliated and tremendously inconvenienced. I am moving forward with a lawsuit and wanted to first make public what happened to me. I still can't figure out WHY it happened, nor can I find any reason to ever threaten a customer...EVER..and ive worked YEARS in customer service. Oh, also, I was pregnant at the time and she also stated how sorry she felt for my child because I would be their mother. If this person still works here after this post I will personally make sure I contact both the owner and the news, because this should never happen to anyone else!!!!!!!!

This Subway is the best one in Westminster in my opinion. The staff gives top tier customer service, they are fast, my sandwiches are always fresh, and most importantly they are extremely clean. I noticed that they even wash the walls in the bathroom. I'm impressed! Everything listed above is equally important, but cleanliness is a big deal to me. Keep up the great work!

I always have a wonderful experience at this Subway. The staff is cheerful, and the restaurant is consistently clean. Today, Byron took the time to assist us with an online-only coupon that wasn't working for our transaction. He was patient and managed to make it work. Thank you!

I am in town visiting for a work class. I always go to Subway when I travel as I like to know what I am getting as far as food is concerned- and Subway has a good variety. I wanted to take the time to review as this Subway is fantastic! The restaurant is clean and the staff is super friendly. The younger woman that was making my food was so polite and friendly despite it being reasonably busy. She made sure I had everything I needed. It is so nice when staff is friendly and engaged with the customer. I wish I would have gotten her name- but give that girl as raise!

I've been in a few times, and the majority of the time the staff is very nice. They're attentive, they're always happy, and nice & are always great to talk today. However the woman with red/magenta hair was not at all like the others & I was very off put by her demeanor & attitude. She acted rude to myself & my friend and acted as though helping us with our sandwiches was a chore & that we were interrupting her & her tone was not appreciated when communicating information that was not previously known. Everyone there has always been friendly, helpful, & took their time. I strongly dislike leaving bad reviews especially when I greatly enjoy the past service & the other workers there but I don't like feeling disrespected or like I'm bothering you, when i just wanted some food from the place you work. I'm leaving 5 stars for most things, as I refuse to let one bad interaction dictate how i feel about a place but today was not a satisfactory trip which was greatly disappointing. To all the friendly workers previously who have made going in there feel welcoming, thank you, i know it's customer service but interactions can really change the day & I appreciate your kindness.
