Went there 7/16 and they barely cooked our steaks. Asked for medium doneness they came out raw with minimal char on them. They tried to make it right but the meat was disgusting after and full of fat and still had raw areas. Not worth going to anymore. They should just close down
I recommended indoor dining as we’ve never had an issue there. However, to-go orders seem to be a hit or miss.
We were seated by the hostess and waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come take our order. The waitress never showed up. We left the restaurant called the manager on our way home and manager really didn’t seem concerned that they lost a customer. Can’t wait for Outback open.
