I recently tried this Thai restaurant for the first time and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered the salmon salad, but the salmon was fried so hard it was nearly inedible—dry and lacking flavor. On top of that, the service was frustrating. The person who answered the phone had trouble understanding me, which made placing the order difficult. Then, although the staff member who took my order asked for my name and phone number, they never called to let me know it was ready. Overall, a disappointing experience both in food and service.

I've been a long time customer of Tim Thai and today I was given another reason to love them. I am feeling a bit under the weather so was looking forward to their phenomenal pho as something delicious and easy on the stomach. I had asked if they could add some extra ginger to help settle my stomach and they delivered! I open up the noodle/veggie/beef carton to find a healthy dose of julienned, tender ginger had been mixed in. Thank you! Absolutely delicious as always and it did help my stomach settle. <3

I went to pick up my online order and was greeted right away. I was early and waited within the pickup window promised. They had to remake my spring rolls because one fell. They apologized for the extra wait. It was worth it!! I ordered the Green Curry Chicken and my husband had the Lemon Glass Chicken. Both were amazing; full of flavor. We were very satisfied with our choices. Can’t wait to try other food items on the menu.

Training waitress brought lunch menu showing 11 dollar lunch till 3
It was 320
We never got the full menu. Drunken noodles can be as spicey as u like. Got one shrinp with my combo meat entree. Ginger beef was good.

Hadn't been to Tim Thai in years and decided to give them a try again. Ordered drunken noodles lunch special and it was fantastic! It even came with a little salad which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Will definitely be going back to making Tim Thai my go to for Thai in the area. The other local place makes it impossible to place an order over the phone without having to go through a 3rd party that tacks onto the price. Why go there when Tim Thai is just as convenient and very good?

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I had to in this case.

My family and I decided to try this Thai restaurant after seeing so many great reviews, but we were extremely disappointed—and honestly shocked that others had such a different experience. From the moment we walked in, things felt off.

You can see straight into the kitchen, and what I saw was far from clean. It looked unsanitary, but we were hungry and it was late, so we decided to stay—against my better judgment.

I ordered the red curry chicken, and my daughters got beef Pad Thai and Thai teas. Everything was way too sweet. I’ve had Thai tea many times and know it’s sweet, but this was syrupy sweet—borderline undrinkable. The curry was the same—oddly sweet. My daughters’ noodles were also overly sweet, and the beef had a strange, off-putting taste like it had gone bad. I couldn’t even swallow one bite of the meat without feeling like I might throw up.

Since we ate there, I’ve felt nauseous and am honestly just hoping none of us ends up with food poisoning.

To top it all off, the service was cold. The waiter looked annoyed the entire time, barely made eye contact, rushed through taking our order, and didn’t acknowledge us when we said “please” or “thank you.” It felt like he just wanted us out of there.

I wish I could say something redeeming, but we won’t be back. I truly don’t understand the hype.

I have been going here for a long time. The cashew chicken is the best. The place can get smokey sometimes, but if they air it out it's fine.
