On 12/22/2025 I ordered myself some breakfast. I get to the drive through window and I was handed my drink. The cashier went to say something to the manager. The manager proceeded to stop making my food. He took one glove off and went over to the trash can. He first looked in it and then he dug in the trash can. As I'm watching, I'm thinking is he going to take the other glove off and wash his hands and put clean gloves on. He surely didn't. He put a glove on the hand that he took the glove off and went to making my food. I said to the cahsier whenever he came back to the window that he dug in the trash with the hand that he's fixing my food. Hell no I don't want that. The cashier apologized and went to make me a fresh sandwich. The manager acted like it was no big deal whenever the cashier told him what I said. He just laughed and took the other glove off while the cashier fixed my food. He still didn't go and wash his hands. His name is Aiden. That is what the cashier told me whenever I asked who was the manager that morning.

Your drive threw person is rude. On 8/31 at 4 o'clock I tryed to go threw the drive threw the girl said she could not her me i said my order twice then she ask me to speak up so I did. Then she completely ignored me. Very bad for your business her behavior is bad for business I will not be bad.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in carroll county. The employees are lazy, dirty and have a crappie attitude, the store manager has absolutely no clue how to run the restaurant. This Wendy's needs to be shut down or have all new employees and Management.
Not sure who the manager on duty was but she was very rude to the employees she didn't even hold back on yelling at one of her employers in front of customers I was taking back that she got rude with one of her employees right there on the front line lady that she yelled at she done absolutely nothing wrong I stood right there at the counter that manager needs to go to respect 101 cuz she totally disrespected one of her employees I wish I can say names but I don't want to get anybody in trouble
