This is the worst fast food restaurant in carroll county. The employees are lazy, dirty and have a crappie attitude, the store manager has absolutely no clue how to run the restaurant. This Wendy's needs to be shut down or have all new employees and Management.

Not sure who the manager on duty was but she was very rude to the employees she didn't even hold back on yelling at one of her employers in front of customers I was taking back that she got rude with one of her employees right there on the front line lady that she yelled at she done absolutely nothing wrong I stood right there at the counter that manager needs to go to respect 101 cuz she totally disrespected one of her employees I wish I can say names but I don't want to get anybody in trouble

This Wendy's has been going downhill. They are making food wrong and they won't answer their phones. Ive had to get my food remade multiple times the past few trips. Putting spicy chicken on a regular chicken sandwich multiple times. The breakfast is decent but lunch and dinner have been bad

Iv recently started coming here on my break because it’s in the same lot of my job and the service I receive here is amazing and always great the sandwich I get always has two modifications and the employees are always soo accommodating Jess and her staff are very hard working he food always comes out hot and fresh and I couldn’t be more happy . They have also started remembering my order and that’s just an added bonus and helps make sure I get back to my job in time everyone there deserves a raise and also praise for doing such a great job
I typically have good experience here but my last visit on 3/14/25 was horrible. I was given an over cooked and over heated chicken sandwich. The patty was so hard it could be used as a weapon. Do better Wendy’s
