The later night experience is consistently HORRIBLE. Waiting 10 minutes or even longer in the drive thru (with no one in front of you) is not out of the question. No one responds at the speaker half the time. While some of them are nice, some of the revolving managers are rude and act bothered. You can feel the bad vibes. They wanted a $15 minimum wage, but sure don't work like it. The owner must not care at all.

My husband and I just left Wendy’s in the Cranberry Square in Westminster Md. It’s obvious they were not having a good day. The dinning room was a mess. Ceiling had fallen from a leaky roof. Understand things can happen due to all rain fee had, but to leave the plaster board on the floor, water dripping on the table, no buckets. But then I was looking for napkins and the person filling the ketchup dispenser looked at me and said if you’re looking for napkins we are all out. She was very rude. She also waited on me and my husband and we asked her how do we order the $1.00 single burger? She responded with rudeness you have to have the app. It was not what she said but how her tone and expression that was rude. If she’s a manager you need to fire her asap! I will never set foot in your restaurant again!

I never eat at this Wendy's, but I am a door dasher. It's currently 10:41PM and I've been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I've been here so long that I am receiving more orders as a sit. The drive thru attendant can be heard yelling at coworkers through the speaker. It's a shit show. Someone needs to shut this place down. If I could give this a negative review, it'd be 6 stars underground.

We ordered the Baconator. We paid the price of the baconator but got a son of baconator (1 beer patty and less expensive). It obviously had been sitting for a while as it was very dried out. The fries were fresh and the chili and frosty were fine. This order was placed inside and at 430pm dinner time. The burger should have been fresh and hot at that time. The restaurant inside was clean. And the drive thru line very busy.
