the customer service is horrible, the sad lonely old lady employees prefer to flirt and throw themselves at men than actually do their job, they stand there and make fun of people all day, burn the food, their energy and vibes are just extremely negative its just very sad, i hope they find peace and learn to respect themselves also they are like 60 they should stop picking fights with women who would literally be their child

Although i enjoy Auntie Anne's, this location was highly unprofessional. By me being culinary professional the operation was doing everything wrong, from the no frequent change of gloves, handling money While dealing with food. Poor customer service skills, wiping grease on apron while wearing gloves, touching the pretzels with dirty gloves, OSHA needs to raid this place its disgusting. I'm glad i didnt buy nothing from here If i did i i'd probably be sick.?

According to my wife, I'm a horrible father cause i fed these to my children for dinner. I mean the hotdog pretzel bites are like regular hotdogs and you got a good ratio of protein to carbohydrates... I guess. But I'm not a nutritionist... I mean, I'm feeding my children pretzels for dinner cause I'm too lazy to cook dinner with all the s*** I bought from Costco which is a few yards away. They also have sugar covered pretzels which was my kids' after dinner dessert. And with the buy three get one free, we have breakfast for tomorrow. I realize after writing this, I may be a horrible father, but their pretzels are pretty good and affordable.

They sold me three hard a** pretzels didn't take them until I got to the car they don't care about their quality.

Preztels were good but drinks were concerning...didn’t know till the ice melted but our cups had nasty black stuff at the bottom. Who knows how much of it we drank..
