Genuinely the worst chipotle ever. The works are so rude and forget so many things I asked for. I had to go back in and ask them to put it in and they kept giving me attitude. I never met people who hate their job that much. Saying this, even though you hate your job you shouldn’t be giving attitude to the customers. The chipotle at Wheaton mall is the closest chipotle to me and I’ve been going there for a couple of years now. Over the past 2-3 years there customer service went down tremendously. Honestly, just don’t go to this chipotle because you will probably have the worst experience ever.

I generally go the old Georgetown location which is a 5 star. They are nice and prepare the food to your liking. I went to this location as I was at Costco and I won’t be going ever again. The ladies making the food barely said a word, gave me attitude and was giving me less portions on everything I asked for. I also was told there was no vinaigrette when I clearly saw it there. A blatant lie. I never have any issues with my order at chipotle except for this place. Also they forgot to put my tortilla in the bag that was right next to it. I will not be returning here. Unpleasant experience which is shocking as I’m just ordering food.

I don’t even know how to feel about this.. I’ve always seen it happen to other people with just hair, HOW DOES A RUBBERBAND WITH HAIR get into the food?? The worst part is that it was at the bottom of the food .. accidents happen but geeeez why me lol
I recently visited Chipotle, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly rude and seemed completely disinterested in providing any kind of service. She saw us and didn’t come help, she kept talking with the cashier and when she finally came she didn’t even greet us or anything. Just straight up disrespectful and terrible customer service! They were audibly complaining about how close they were to closing, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there because you’re not closed yet you’re still open. The quality of the food was subpar, and the overall atmosphere was just unpleasant. I definitely won't be returning to this location anytime soon. This location needs different staff asap.

Get new employees. They were very rude to an older lady and they give very small portions like they are saving some for themselves. You need new staff ASAP! My chicken was also very hot and my beans very cold. The sour cream was also giving stomachache vibes cause I got sick one time from their sour cream and because of them, I got a stomach bug. FIX IT ALL!

There is always a huge wait time when ordering online Even if you place the order for pick up or delivery This location will take the longest. I usually have to wait more than an hour or 2 to get food delivered
And if order online for pick up i usually have to wait even more time to get it prepared Ridiculous service.
