I asked for a water cup and staff said "Our water machine is broken, we don't have water cups" - so I paid $3 for a soda cup... and filled it up with water from the machine.
The owners or managers at this location are clearly directing staff to squeeze extra money out of each sale by not giving out water cups. It's greedy and unnecessary, and I will not be back to this location.

Picked up an order as soon as i walk out the bag rips and salsa starts spilling out into my clothes which obviously means something wasn’t sealed right. The manager in charge at the time is the one that sealed the bag and was unwilling to accept that it was his mistake and was very unapologetic. Terrible customer service.

1st time I bought Buritto with chicken. I found out that the chicken inside with skin and bone. It was terrible. They didn't clean the skin and bone. I trashed it. Will not get any more from this brand!!!

I came into chipotle and ordered a bowl. And once I started to eat it I saw a bug in my food. At first I didn’t think that it was a bug but when I got a closer look it was also alive and I was disgusted?. So I went to the the cashiers and I asked for a new bowl. Overall ,story is that I would never go to this location chipotle ever again. (I got a refund for my bowl at the end)

Very small portions for regulars orders and if you ask a little more they want to charge you extra. Not pleasant to visit this location.
Nothing much to say about Chipotle it's a sure thing, food is fresh, they make it just the way you want it, just go there when you're really really hungry because the servings are big. And make sure you try their chips and guac!!
Parking: Parking lot is always full because of the busy Costco next to it.
