Didn’t know they charge for water too. Every where is the same? I had a small Brita on the go filter bottle just need to fill up water. I just spent $10 through the app for ice coffee and I wrap meals and an avocado but they can’t give water for free! I can understand risk of contamination but they can’t use cheap paper cups to give me water. I’m happy I don’t live in MD. Virginia is the best. Sorry but that is the fact.

Today the very spoiled manager the Aliens didn't give me a free croissant because I waited 10 minutes for a frozen one that I ordered and apart from that he gave me one but with a large lid that didn't fit the glass because I didn't have according to him, and besides he didn't care he had a bite in his mouth, he ate in front of me

Typical Dunkin Donuts in a really sketchy part of town. It was hot inside and hard to find a spot to park. Staff was really nice which made you forget you were in the ghetto.

Visited this location today about 15 minutes ago and asked to use the bathroom before placing my order. The extremely rude associate on his cellphone behind the counter said the bathroom was out of service. I found that very hard to believe given this is a food & coffee establishment. So I asked the associate what do the employees use then if the bathroom is in fact out of service. He laughed at me and then went back to looking at cellphone. This exchange was also after I had to wave him down to look up from his cellphone so needless to say, I did not make my purchase. I live in the area but will not visit this location ever again.

I think Dunkin Donuts should save some money getting napkins and cups with no name and give a better price because the coffee and sandwiches are too expensive

Extremely dirty, I asked if I could have something to clean the table, and a man came to "clean " with attitude. He just picked the crumbs and left all the sticky spills. The bathroom was "out of order," and the latte tasted bad. Worst Dunkin I've ever been

Literal I am an every day customer. I go to diferent locations. I was at this location today and made a purchase for 4 full meals (breakfast). I placed an online order and went I was at the front desk to pick up my food, I asked for a very small cup of water to take my meds. I was very disappointed when I was denied a small cup of water, despite the fact that, I told the girl at the front that I needed it for my meds and she saw that I was picking up a big order. Not coming back to this location anymore.

Disrespectful workers always have negative attitudes. I placed an online order, walked in, and the order was seated there on the printing machine, and they ignored the order. The cashier was busy on her phone. This location has the worst service in the area. Management needs to train its employees to have manners and pay more attention to customers.

Incident date nov 5 at 5:22 with worker Francisco. I came in to do a delivery for grubhub. Some of the items weren’t available and told me contact the customer. After no response, I asked the worker to just do the favor already in the order. Instead half 3 and 3. He insinuated that I didn’t call, and after standing there for 5 minutes, he told me itd go faster I can call. Very disrespectful. I asked him what I could do if the customer didn’t respond because he couldn’t do anything. He said he couldn’t do anything. Usually restaurants add a common or already selected favor. Sometimes they leave it out and asl the customer to do a refund. No help at all with service here.
