Slow service, food was not hot, no one ever stopped by to check after food was delivered. The restaurant was not busy just poor service.

Cross contamination , poor service to dirty cups. I think that says enough tbh. This was my first and last time coming here and honestly I wasn’t even going to make a big deal about this but the poor customer service with the staff actively ignoring us was too much. Gave us lemons for water and told us oh something spilled on them … and then brings me a plate with a piece of sausage on it ….. like are we serious right now

Was given a wrong order, realized when home 10miles away, drove back to get a right order, manager fanado is very unprofessional, didn't even apologize only offered to refund and cancel order, what a manager. Terrible!

Food and service was horrible, can’t believe I brought my family to eat here. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years - but today the food was horribly cooked. Sent my turkey sausage back twice and it still came back looking inedible tbh. Don’t even know what this, looks like dog food. The waiter is all over the place, I used to come here for the food and the service can’t believe they don’t have both anymore.

Came after an event after initially attending another IHOP that was understaffed. I called and confirm they could handle my party of 5 and the staff and food wound up great.
Horrible parking, management is unprofessional. I won't make the same mistake twice...

I had the chance to swing by and get my diner and I ordered sirloin tips the server Carlos was pretty knowledgeable about the menu, the only down side was ordered medium raw, and I got medium well done, beside that the rest of the things that I ordered were good
