Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered a giant sub and there was very little meat on the sub, it was mostly bread,very little tomato and lettuce. They make the hot subs in the back including toppings now, so I couldn't see how much they put on while I was there.This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location. It's a bunch of teenagers being teenagers. The sub was $20 and mostly bread Im good this will be my last time giving them a chance.

The photo says it all. I open and it is just a puddle of idk what . It was not appetizing at all. Money wasted I did not even eat it . Will be asking for a refund .

They are quite rude, act bothered when taking your order, talk about you and other customers and act as though you can’t hear them. The sandwich is NEVER right. When you go to the counter to ask for the missing ingredients they say “it wasn’t on the ticket.” That’s because your employee didn’t feel like writing it down! They can’t even get extra mayonnaise right🤦‍♀️

I've been a regular customer here for some time now and I can say the turn-over rate here is high, the music is too loud, the service is poor and now they seem to short change you every time you pay in cash.

I just paid $18.85 for a regular Italian Sub because the cashier short changed me again and didn't give me a receipt either; just like last week.

You can say whatever you like but I gave you a Twenty Dollar Bill with a big red message stamped on the back of it.

BTW, there's a new Jersey Mike's in White Oak and I'll be going there from now on.

I have been frequenting this location for the past couple of months and decided to write a review tonight after a wonderful experience.
I ordered my sandwiches through the app and when i arrived at the store i saw no less than 16 orders being worked on. The crew was well organized and appeared to have zero stress. They communicated effectively and it was admirable to watch them work seamlessly as a team. Once my order was ready, a team member addressed me with a smile and told me to have a great night.
High quality customer service and the outstanding flow of the team is why i’m finally writing a review!

This is a great location with really good service and friendly staff. I’ve started coming here a lot lately and it’s consistently really good. You can watch them make your food with love and care. They do a great job every time and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Some of these older reviews don’t reflect my recent experience at all. It’s by far the best place around to get a sub.

This location SUCKS. They don’t put enough meat and charge you extra if you ask for a NORMAL amount. The bread also tastes stale. Never coming back here again.

Terribly old/stale breads on both sandwiches that I ordered and staff seemed not to want to be there.

This place is a hit or miss and too frequently a miss. Online orders are frequently wrong. I’d advise you check your sandwich before you leave. They’ll put your sub on the wrong bread or not give you it the mikes way as an example of what I’ve experienced.

Pretty annoying as this one’s very close to my house. I’d advise going to the Aspen Hill location as they never mess up my order. Customer service is better over there. Just more welcoming from the second you step in.

I feel like customer service has gone down everywhere and THIS Jersey Mikes was pretty up there with poor service. No one acknowledged me for a solid 3+ mins. I waited for a min, and then asked the employee working the slicing machine if I was supposed to order with her or somewhere else. She nicely told me I was in the right spot and nothing happened for a few more minutes after that.

Guy who did myself wasn’t necessarily rude but you could tell he didn’t wanna be there.

My sandwich LOOKED great, but I got home took a couple of bites, and half the bread is unbelievable stale. Hurt your gums hard ?.

I shoulda left when another guy who I guess was there earlier, came back and said his sandwich was not made well and not good and asked for a redo.

The Rockville one I got to is NEVER like this. This is honestly shocking for a Jersey Mikes.

I was assault by one of the employees yesterday at this location and it is very disrespectful and made me feel unsafe at all I will never ever buy my food here.

just please be careful when you decide to go to near this place, but I would not recommend that you go there What I experience yesterday was very dangerous, and I’m going to file a law against the the employee . I’m writing this message to warn you just be careful . the employees are pretty aggressive and unsafe customer service.
