This location SUCKS. They don’t put enough meat and charge you extra if you ask for a NORMAL amount. The bread also tastes stale. Never coming back here again.

This place is a hit or miss and too frequently a miss. Online orders are frequently wrong. I’d advise you check your sandwich before you leave. They’ll put your sub on the wrong bread or not give you it the mikes way as an example of what I’ve experienced.

Pretty annoying as this one’s very close to my house. I’d advise going to the Aspen Hill location as they never mess up my order. Customer service is better over there. Just more welcoming from the second you step in.

I feel like customer service has gone down everywhere and THIS Jersey Mikes was pretty up there with poor service. No one acknowledged me for a solid 3+ mins. I waited for a min, and then asked the employee working the slicing machine if I was supposed to order with her or somewhere else. She nicely told me I was in the right spot and nothing happened for a few more minutes after that.

Guy who did myself wasn’t necessarily rude but you could tell he didn’t wanna be there.

My sandwich LOOKED great, but I got home took a couple of bites, and half the bread is unbelievable stale. Hurt your gums hard ?.

I shoulda left when another guy who I guess was there earlier, came back and said his sandwich was not made well and not good and asked for a redo.

The Rockville one I got to is NEVER like this. This is honestly shocking for a Jersey Mikes.

I was assault by one of the employees yesterday at this location and it is very disrespectful and made me feel unsafe at all I will never ever buy my food here.

just please be careful when you decide to go to near this place, but I would not recommend that you go there What I experience yesterday was very dangerous, and I’m going to file a law against the the employee . I’m writing this message to warn you just be careful . the employees are pretty aggressive and unsafe customer service.

I was there today and the young man ringing at the register is not pleasant at all. He really expressed no desire to be there. I was paying for my order and said thank you and no response back from him so I repeated it again.

To be in a busy shopping center and across from Giants there is competition in the mall and the surrounding food for the consumers the least he could do is be inviting and hope that we return.

Employees are friendly, and always remeber my regular but I have concerns about sanitation. The knife they used to cut sandwiches was directly touching the counter not on the cutting board or some kind of napkin below it next to the register. Last time I came, 1 of the employees though friendly wiped his hands on his dirty apron before touching my sandwich. I did not appreciate that at all

When I attempted to order a sub in person, none of the staff members seemed interested in taking my order. No one asked me to hold on or even acknowledge I existed. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere where they want to serve their customers.

Every time I come here I be wishing the girl behind the counter is not there. I actually gave this store another try the other day and regret it. She makes your sandwiches in a rush and it seems like she don't want to be there. Her customer service is poooooor! You get home with your food and basically have to put it back together. The guy in front of me sandwich was just thrown in the paper, not wrapped at all.

I’ve gone here (both in-store and ordered delivery through their app) probably 50 times and the in-store experience is very good and food top quality.The delivery experience is awful. We’ve ordered delivery through their app probably 25 times and they have rarely gotten our orders correct and seem like they don’t read the actual order tickets. We are amazed how often it is incorrect. Wrong toppings; NEVER give you extra sauces if you ask for it. NEVER. Unless it’s “Mike’s Way” they will likely get it completely wrong - add things that aren’t supposed to be on and forget things that you asked for.As a result, we’re looking for a new shop and taking our delivery business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate they can’t get delivery orders right as they will lose a substantial amount of revenue.Again great food and in-store experience but they cannot get orders correct for delivery.

I ordered via the Jersey Mikes app 4 subs. You know that’s not cheap. The third party they hired never delivered my 4 subs. The so called manager was arguing with me very combative and nonchalant as if I have money to waste. PickYour order up in person because the store will not rectify the situation, apologize or be accountable for dropping the ball. Now my children are hungry and I’m out of 70 dollars in this economy. I will never spend another dime here.
