I really hate this place. I’ve come here multiple times and they always have a problem with my order and one time I got a Party pack of the tacos and I asked for them to be crunchy supreme and instead they gave me all of them soft and when I was going to complain about it I reconsidered as I remembered seeing them already arguing with a customer and I noticed their manager Martha was their and I’ve already had a bad experience with this woman so I just took my tacos and decided to never go back but then my daughter decided to buy Taco Bell for dinner and well not only did they get her order wrong but put her at risk of an allergic reaction when she went to go inside and get it fixed the first thing she saw was a mess and they quite literally took 15 minutes to even tend to the line of customers they had inside. She told them they got her order wrong and they checked the bag and said everything’s here and she told them that she just wanted no tomatoes on everything and the manager got mad at her and said if you wanted no tomatoes you should of asked for no tomatoes and just kept ranting about it and then my daughter told them of course I asked for no tomatoes I’m literally allergic to them and the person who was at the drive thru came and apologized because she said it was her fault because she forgot to add no tomatoes. And she still had to wait 10 minutes for her order. And then I asked her who was the person talking to her and she told me it was the same woman the Martha lady and it’s just crazy to me that she’s still working here and multiple people have had issues with her because she has just horrible customer service.

I don’t recommend coming to this place. One time I decided to come inside and order and I kept hearing this weird sound over the counter like a rat and well as I looked over they had food all over the floor and not to mention how dirty the tiles were. I kindly asked the cashier at the moment and he told me it was a rat and that he was tired of working there because his shift supervisor I believe her name was Martha kept being mean to him and she and the other employees were always gossiping or talking about each other and that he was tired of cleaning since most of the time they never even had any of the proper cleaning supplies. And not to mention another time he told me about some homeless man who literally popped everywhere in the bathroom it was so disgusting and he said I promise you what ever cleaning you think they did they didn’t only because they don’t have proper cleaning supplies. Like what. And not to mention the time they had a literal rat on their drive thru. And this guy was super sweet about everything it honestly just made me sad for him. I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t for the fact that I walk past it every time I get out of work since I work at the mall and just want a Baja blast every once in a while but after talking to him I always reconsider if I should just drink the sweet tea since he did say it was the only thing that had something you drink and they cleaned it. I’m assuming the guy doesn’t work here anymore since I haven’t seen him in the past few months but good for him I wouldn’t work there either.

Found 2 roaches in my bucket of chicken & the staff seemed bothered for giving me another bucket. I even said thank you & the young girl basically ignored me. She does NOT belong in the food industry with that attitude.

Every time I go here I am consistently dissapointed. The food is bland stale, often stone cold and they never get the order right. This evening I ordered an 8 piece bucket and only got 6 pieces with no breasts. Thats the last straw, none of my hard earned money is going that way again. Its a shame as the front staff are polite and courteous. Stay away unless you too want to be dissapointed.

I ordered the promotion
“By 1 get 1 Free” for 5 pcs tenders combo.

Once the food arrived home
I only got 1 box
📍never got the 1 for free📍

I called the company to talked with the manager lady, politely asking to re-deliver for just “ the one box that for Free”
was missing.

I strongly express my dissatisfaction with
📍the extremely rude manager 📍
and indifferent attitude of the staffs
who answer the phone.
She said to me….
📍Do you “ have Brain “ mam.
And many words Rude came out.

KFC need to build more locations. I know they got enough money. This is one of the only locations in the whole county. This location sucks. They are rude. Never have chicken ready you always have to wait. So much for fast food. I ordered an 8pcs today dark meat. They gave me a bucket of thighs. No legs just thighs.People are driving so far for this BS. Iam only posting a review in hopes that someone from their corporate office will see this and take action. It’s obvious this location doesn’t care about bad reviews

I really like KFC chicken however I don't eat it often because it's not healthy. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. As far as atmosphere? It could have been anywhere, they all look the same.

Would have given 0 stars if possible.

I don’t know why I keep giving these people an opportunity to make up for their most recent screw-up, probably because it’s the closest KFC to me, but this place is garbage. I usually order their grilled chicken. I most recently ordered from here through UberEats and ordered the grilled chicken. They gave me the fried chicken instead.

This is not the first time this has happened. Last time it happened was when I went in person at the drive thru. Ordered grilled, went to the drive thru got my food and left. Wasn’t until I got home that I noticed they gave me fried instead of grilled chicken. They never told me they didn’t have grilled when I was in the drive-thru. They could have notified me and given me the choice, but they didn’t and they gave me whatever they wanted to give me instead of what I ordered. Absolutely worst customer service. This place is absolute trash, and the employees are absolutely incompetent. If you’re thinking about coming here, here’s some advice: DON’T.

Zero respect for the customers preferences, and horrible, actually non-existent, communication.

Just go to another KFC, or better yet, just go to Popeyes.

I was craving KFC and drove almost a half hour to get to this location. Not only were they’re rude, but the prices have become astronomical. And the food didn’t taste anything like it was supposed to. So disappointing. Definitely won’t be back.

Was a bad service, I did order a 2 meal one with mash potatoes and they just gave me a side of fries and I did order 4 pcs and 3 pcs and they give me a wrong order.
