This my first time wrote negative reviews to the food company brand that I really love. (KFC)
I ordered the promotion “By 1 get 1 Free” for 5 pcs tenders combo.
Once the food arrived home I only got 1 box 📍never got the 1 for free📍
I called the company to talked with the manager lady, politely asking to re-deliver for just “ the one box that for Free” was missing.
I strongly express my dissatisfaction with 📍the extremely rude manager 📍 and indifferent attitude of the staffs who answer the phone. She said to me…. 📍Do you “ have Brain “ mam. And many words Rude came out.
📍Such poor manager, unprofessional,Extremely bad attitude, rude service and disrespect to other who having a problem and need help📍
You seriously need to improve the service. Stop treating customers this way 📍especially those who don’t speak perfect English.
After they hang up my phone I was cry tho. 😭😣

KFC need to build more locations. I know they got enough money. This is one of the only locations in the whole county. This location sucks. They are rude. Never have chicken ready you always have to wait. So much for fast food. I ordered an 8pcs today dark meat. They gave me a bucket of thighs. No legs just thighs.People are driving so far for this BS. Iam only posting a review in hopes that someone from their corporate office will see this and take action. It’s obvious this location doesn’t care about bad reviews

I really like KFC chicken however I don't eat it often because it's not healthy. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. As far as atmosphere? It could have been anywhere, they all look the same.

I don’t know why I keep giving these people an opportunity to make up for their most recent screw-up, probably because it’s the closest KFC to me, but this place is garbage. I usually order their grilled chicken. I most recently ordered from here through UberEats and ordered the grilled chicken. They gave me the fried chicken instead.
This is not the first time this has happened. Last time it happened was when I went in person at the drive thru. Ordered grilled, went to the drive thru got my food and left. Wasn’t until I got home that I noticed they gave me fried instead of grilled chicken. They never told me they didn’t have grilled when I was in the drive-thru. They could have notified me and given me the choice, but they didn’t and they gave me whatever they wanted to give me instead of what I ordered. Absolutely worst customer service. This place is absolute trash, and the employees are absolutely incompetent. If you’re thinking about coming here, here’s some advice: DON’T.
Zero respect for the customers preferences, and horrible, actually non-existent, communication.
Just go to another KFC, or better yet, just go to Popeyes.

I was craving KFC and drove almost a half hour to get to this location. Not only were they’re rude, but the prices have become astronomical. And the food didn’t taste anything like it was supposed to. So disappointing. Definitely won’t be back.

Was a bad service, I did order a 2 meal one with mash potatoes and they just gave me a side of fries and I did order 4 pcs and 3 pcs and they give me a wrong order.

DISGUSTING. I ordered the nashville hot tenders tonight and they put pickles all over them??? i’ve never seen them advertised this way nor received them this way didn’t think id have to specify. pickle juice seeped all into my tenders and now they taste and smell disgusting. This was january 16 at night
Went with 2 friends of mine, the lady who took my order was nice, food came fast, overall good service

With 25 minutes left to close in an unpleasant way they told me that I had nothing, what, what could they do? It's super bad if almost half an hour before they are going to close, put the correct time on the page because according to the store it was closed at 1: 00 am and 12:35 they no longer wanted to serve having a long line of cars waiting, a waste of time.

This is the worst KFC. They never honor coupons or deals. Ordering ahead means nothing because the orders are never ready on time. I ordered a day ahead for a 10:15 am pickup for a party and when I arrived they had no chicken yet. I had to wait 20 minutes for the baked chicken. If they were not the only KFC in my area that served the baked chicken, I'd never go there. I do not recommend this location. The owner and staff simply don't care. Not the first time.

This is the first KFC that charges $0.53 for each sauce to dip with the chicken. I never had any issues in other states. Being too frugal perhaps? The assistant manager Flor is too busy on the phone to even provide service. Geez..:
