This is the worst Panda Express location that I have been to. I ordered chow mein and received only cabbage and onions with 5 small pieces of noodle. As a result, customer service gave me a free meal code. I placed my order and had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time. I understand that there are walk in customers but why are they prioritizing them instead of the simple order that I placed over an hour ago. Be warned if you place a pick up order, you might be asked to wait 30 minutes while they attend to walk in customers. This location needs to be properly trained.

I came at 8:40pm when nobody was there and the server -Patrick B- that took my order “didn’t feel like opening the pack of bigger plates” so he choose to give me the panda plate out of his own comfort. I’ll choose a different spot that will prioritize customers.
