Saw a roach in the utensils cylinder on my last visit and didnt post about it because I thought it was a one off. However, on most recent visit I saw another one crawling on the work floor. Additionally, the staff here always seems to be disagreeing and arguing with customers, all in all a different experience from any other panda I visit. Eating here is not advisable.

great, costumer service awfull, I got the chicken and shrimp for my wife and I got the beef with the noodles and we made it a combo with the drink and the egg roll, which I forgot to ask for it and then my wife remembered, so we were like half way Tru our meal when I went back and ask this guy for it so he told me that they were cooking them, to comeback in a minute so I went back in like 3 minutes after, and he just started talking to the other employees on the grill maybe he thought I didn't speak Spanish but he was wrong since I do, so he told me that the egg rolls were done and gave me the worst egg rolls they had... I ፡ dont ፡ know ፡ If ፡ the ፡ company ፡ knows ፡ about ፡ this ፡ practices ፡ but ፡ let ፡ me ፡ tell ፡ you ፡ me, ፡ as ፡ a ፡ chef ፡ I ፡ know ፡ when ፡ something ፡ is ፡ burnt ፡ or ፡ overcooked, ፡ and ፡ by ፡ the ፡ way ፡ I ፡ am ፡ a ፡ certified ፡ food ፡ manager ፡ and ፡ handler ፡ in ፡ the ፡ United ፡ States ፡ of ፡ America, ፡ so ፡ please ፡ fix ፡ this ፡ problems ፡ with ፡ your ፡ employees... ፡ Because ፡ we ፡ are ፡ the ፡ costumers ፡ and ፡ are ፡ paying ፡ their ፡ salary..........................

Today I bought a plate with fried rice and noodles and double Orange chicken.It's unfortunate but the Orange chicken was hard, it seems like it was from the day before, I couldn't eat it

Food was so cold. The noddles were especially cold. The food had no taste at all. WORST PART WAS A LONG PIECE OF HAIR WAS STUCK IN MY ORANGE CHICKEN. I DIDN'T REALIZE THE HAIR WAS THERE UNTIL IT WAS ALREADY IN MY MOUTH ??

Today is Friday 22 11:15 am my wife and I stopped by for lunch and we asked the manager a question about the new chili shrimp and he was very rude and dismissive and our cashier Maddie was also so rude once we asked for drinks she proceeded to give us our total and I asked with the drinks and she wa slime oh yall wants drinks too and we pay and I asked her for chipsticks at least like 4 times and finally got them also you would expect to get a tray with your food if your dining in I had to ask for one

the staff were rude and kept rolling their eyes and the girl who was filling the plate I think zeini she was filling it as if it’s the last food on earth and even she fills some orange chicken and takes some out and everything was empty the noodles and beef and when we asked if they will make more they got upset everybody was rude and rolling their eyes with no exceptions. And the beef was dry and chewy.

The Food at Panda Express is amazing. For me, buying food from Panda Express at Wheaton was better than ordering food from Doordash.
The store is clean and staff is nice. There are a lot of options for the dishes.

I come here whenever i need my fixing of Beijing Beef. Its pretty good and has an area where i can hide. Not sure if they still have the boba tea but I used to get that without the boba.
