I'm not giving 5 stars for 2 reasons: first the cashiers were talking and even when we have eye contact didn't approach to the register to take my order I have to ask who was going to do it so they can stop the conversation, also noticed that the portions of food were smaller than other Panera Bread Restaurants. Everything else was good, food served fast and delicious, place was clean.

Derrick at the Wheaton mall panera is the bomb He whipped our sandwiches up SO FAST and I quote sister dave "this is the best turkey avocado BLT that I've ever had from here, and i get this every time" We love derrick

I ordered the chipotle chicken egg with no wrap , the order came as a wrap and I asked to modify, all that panera did was to dump everything from the wrap to the bowl while I was watching and Handed back to me :(Awful customer service

Chicken Noodle soup was great! But my order was served without bread and when I asked they told me that they had run out of bread. This would have been nice to know as I was placing the order.
The size of the portions were extremely small. We had soup and it filled about 1/2 of the bowl. The Mediterranean Grain Salad was an apolingly small portion - very little lettuce, one tablespoon of humus and very little cheese. The bowl was less than half full. Both bathrooms were dirty. The women's room had paper on the floor and the men's toilet seat had someone 's urine on it. We were dining for over an hour and no staff went into either bathroom to clean. Our friend ordered bbq chicken on a croissant. They didn't have the chicken or the croissant. My wife requested almond milk for her coffee and was served spoiled almond milk. Based on our horrible experience, we would not recommend Panera.

with a new schedule, I started stopping by at this location. bad taste in my mouth every time. after 6:00 pm there is no more soup. the goddest cobb salad only comes with one small piece of chicken. Yes only one. the chicken salad sandwich basically just comes tomatoes and salad. if you're hungry after 6 pm don't bother at this location. you don't know what those kids are putting in your food.
