The service in this branch can be greatly improved, I wish they would pay attention to the people they hire. Personally, I stopped buying my coffee of the day because it stopped being a pleasant experience. On the contrary, starting the day with bad gestures is not ideal.
Staff is always friendly whenever I’ve gone. And although the orders typically take a little longer, as there’s often only one barista on duty, they’re always delicious. They don’t skimp on the additions or fill 90% of the cup with ice like other Starbucks in the area.
As usual the coffee drink I requested was very good. What made today's visit exceptional was the friendly welcoming greeting & customer service I got from the lone barrista who was there this afternoon.
