a lot of the four star ratings were years ago... it's still a cozy place but the female Batista tossed food on the counter then toss the other customers. as far as my drink it was at the end of the counter out of sight. still waiting I asked and got the new normal which is bare minimum.... but just a customer that was passing through keep your four to five stars

Hi, I visited the Starbucks in Wheaton today and asked for a cup of ice water. I waited around 20 minutes, but no one ever brought it to me, even after I reminded the staff.
I understand things can get busy, but it felt like my request was ignored, and that left a bad impression. I hope the team can improve attention to customers, even for small requests like this.

The drink was fine and the staff behind the counter was great, but there were people with the staff (either off duty staff or friends or manager) that were so loud and so disruptive it was painful. Then, a group of teenagers came running in hiding from security and raising a fuss. This is such a poorly managed starbucks. Maybe fine for to go drinks, but painful to be there more than 60 seconds inside.

Order here everyday. All the baristas are fine but one. Each time I encounter the barista, She seems very annoyed and agitated. She rolls her eyes each time. Will not be coming back. Young spanish lady with glasses. The store was not busy.

Ordered strawberry refresher through Uber got it it was half gone went to this establishment to get a new one the literally dumped it into another cup and told me pick up at counter manager and cashier was very passive aggressive I’ll never go back

I went to the place at 9:22pm, and it was showing that the place is open until 9:30pm. I just wanted a coffee but the server said they have cleaned everything and cant give me anything now. Shouldn't the place be serving customers until 9:30pm?

Worst experience with cashier who literally refused to let me order a drink in the size cup that I want. Made me order a Venti and then gave me an empty Trenta cup on the side and told me I could pour it in myself. It’s the same drink I order twice a day from Starbucks: This is my first time coming to this Starbucks and I would never come back.
