Terrible place!! They don’t even understand what your saying even if you point. The portions are very little, instead of giving you a full scoop they only scoop half a spoon.

I took my son to the mall on Monday 4/01/22, it was lunch time and we were hungry. He wanted Popeyes , I opted for Subway, plz Subway. Why all of these commercials trying to convince us that you’ve improved. Plz stop! First the meat slices but they are so thin it’s ridiculous,I ordered a turkey and roast beef sub. The meat was barely there. If it weren’t for all of the veggies I heaped on I would’ve been eating a bread sandwich. I showed it to my son , he said” what did you order, I said look at my sub and you tell me”? He then told me that he saw green peppers and lettuce. I ordered a veggie sub y’all Lol what was laughable is that the you lady making my sub asked did I want it deluxe? So call deluxe iS, not a couple slivers of turkey and not one scrawny piece of roast beef, sliced to invisible! But 2 pieces of RB and this would mean more money for the already nearly there meat. This is the worst place to buy a sub period!!!! Not just in Wheaton but Subway has made and spent so much money on new ads and promotions when all they need to do is to put Some Meat on the Sub!!!!! Hey Subway, Where’s the Meat???????????!???!?!!??????!!!

Paid extra for a premium sub, I tried to get the garlic bread sub but the employee didn't know how to make it so the manager came over instead. She took the bread I had wanted and made me get Italian bread instead without asking, only made half of the sub garlic bread even though it's supposed to be both and costs extra, then refused to put toppings on my sub because "you don't get toppings on meatball subs". I emailed a complaint and the owner messaged back blaming a new girl even though it was his manager that messed it up and was just like, I hope you give us a second change. Why should I when you didn't even take credit for anything and passed the blame?

This is another subway location I like. It has a open kitchen to which they show you how they make your subs fresh . They ask you what sub you want and the toppings and sauces you want on it of your choosing . I love the meatball and cheese and Steak and cheese subs . They give you your choices of drink such as sodas and chips or fries to go with the meals. They have seatings but very limited spacing . All subs for either $5.00 -$6.00 a piece . That is why I love subsways because they have such good deals . The service ia good and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming . I hope to go back sometime when I am not that busy . But those who did not have such great experiences , give them a second chance to be better next time with better service and more . So come on down to Subway and get an experience hopefully you will not soon forget . They look forward to seeing you all very soon on your next adventure visit there .

They didn’t want to give me how much toppings I wanted. I asked for a lot of lettuce and the lady gave me ten pieces of lettuce. I had to ask for everything I wanted twice because the lady wouldn’t give me how much I wanted. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have never went to that bad of a subway. I will never eat at that Subway again.

I went there today with the list that my friend want in His sub the owner told me we cannot sell sub like that Kind of incomplete order and you don't have enough Money to buy sub I am only seeing $5 on your hand . This is what I got service by this subway . Worst place For to purchase food in this mall I f I have time I will Call corporate offfice to complain about this matter !! Insane insane insane !!!
