Trying to contact Wheaton location w/o success. I left an Ello black stainless steel bottle in counter on 4/8. Called security and has not been taken to them. Can you please do so and I will call Security and pick up. Security is excellent and they pick up calls. Thank you!

My wife and I came here. Ordered our food. Things were okay. StandardI get to ask her if I could have a refill on my soda. She denied me a refill. Apparently they closed at 8pm it was probably like 8 pást. I said ok that’s fine. Just wondering I asked them what time they closed. They sarcastically said “we close at 2am” and proceeded to laugh. And blatantly tried to laugh at my face. And then attempted to deny the whole thing. Now I am past the HS and middle school s. I am a grown man. I don’t have the time for that. So I asked her to say it louder I want to laugh also. Inmediatly the cashier “Margarita” came to “aid” her fellow co worker was attempting to harass me and my wife over a simple question. Margarita claimed she was the manager. And said they could laugh at whatever they want even at the expense of someone else. I said “we will see about that!”. I told them I would report them and needed all of their names. Of course they knew all of them were out of line. And didn’t provide their names. But I have the information I needed since I documented it. They also pointed their fingers at me several times and many of those hands were close to my face. Corporate needs to see this and fire those women. They got hostile and violent over a simple question. They even threatened me. I simply let them know they can call whoever they want. Because if things are done the way they should they would never find a job. Worst case scenario I am still right and they’re wrong. I hope management sees this and makes changes because these women were absolutely disgraceful. They do not represent the company well. If anything they make the company look like absolute trash. And I believe the company wants to stray away from that look. These women are a danger to the safety of future customers with their hostile and defamatory nature. They need to be replaced immediately. They are are constant liability and a huge potential to be sued for harassment and tyranny on behalf of the employees and the company itself.

lovely. Finally a Taco Bell that can follow directions!!!! Yum. Gave me PLENTY of sauces. Delish beefy five layer w no beans :) loved it. Will order from this one from now on only.

Quality is good as all Taco Bell locations however costumer service is terrible. Cashier lady was very rude. My credit card was not working and in a rude way she was giving us directions to try to make it work. Don’t understand how someone with so poor customer service skills is a cashiers. Smh!!
