The food was just about okay. It's an Italian and Mediterranean restaurant. We got Regina's bowl and Chicken parmigiana. Falafel was alright. The hummus was mediocre, didn't feel very fresh. House salad with the dressing was delicious. Pasta was alright, too. It was an okay place, but probably one that I wouldn't intentionally want to eat at again and again. Tiramisu was okay, too.
Very welcoming staff and yummy food. Enjoyed a nice date here! Our first time, will definitely be back!
I enjoyed this place. Came for Mothers Day and had the vegetarian options- the sauces and spices are really good, portion sizes are great. Spent about $30 a person and I feel the food quality met the expectations. Good hummus, baba ganoush, tahini, etc.
The food is good

Regina's Restaurant is an absolute gem! From the delicious food to the outstanding customer service and the inviting atmosphere, every aspect of our visit was truly amazing. The menu offered a fantastic variety, and every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was perfect from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, creating the ideal setting for a memorable meal.
I can’t recommend Regina’s enough—whether it’s for a special occasion or just a great meal out, this restaurant will exceed your expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Oh my gosh, let me just say that I love how Regina’s Restaurant goes above and beyond with making their food.
For one, their falafels are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and have a nice spicy to them compared to other falafels that I’ve eaten in the past.
Two, their bread is served with both olive oil and Parmesan cheese, which makes for a nice and tasty pre-appetizer dish.
Three, their spanakopita is served in the style of calzones, which gives this classic Greek dish a unique touch. Plus, the inside consists of more than spinach and feta cheese, which I like about it. Because I gave my boyfriend the other one, I only have a picture of one spanakopita. It is worth getting, by the way. Oh, I just remembered how crispy and soft the outside was.
Finally, their tiramisu cake is soft and fluffy and has a nice balance of coffee and chocolate on it.
So yeah, if you’re looking for a nice family-owned Mediterranean restaurant here in the DMV, please give Regina’s Restaurant a try. I’m so thankful to my boyfriend, Andy, for taking me here.
Vegetarian options: It’s a Greek and Italian style restaurant so you’re bound to find delicious vegetarian dishes like spanakopita and falafel.
Parking: Lot is small so expect it to be crowded during a weekend night. Otherwise, the restaurant itself is worth going.

Great local Italian/Mediterranean restaurant with great options and good prices. Very easy, convenient parking, friendly staff, clean and inviting. Could do with dimming the lights just a tiny bit to make it more, atmospheric, but that’s the only feedback. Everything was really good and looking forward to try again.

This is my favorite place to meet up with friends for lunch. It's quiet, the food is very good, and the service is excellent. Their Mediterranean sampler platter and their Regina's Bowl are favorites.
Highly recommend.
