Order ID AAB6MMDNAGAJ, Date: 7/24/2024. Have really enjoyed the food. My real concern is that our credit card immediately began getting bogus restaurant charges from imaginary Baltimore restaurants. This Arby's location was the only new way/place/vendor where we used the card. Not conclusive proof, but very suspicious. We'll go back, but cash only.

3rd time trying this location since moving to the area don't know why I even bother. Worst then McDonald's in terms of accuracy. Something's always wrong in terms of most items not even close to being what was ordered. Will make the drive to Rosedale moving forward.

Whoever the manger is up there I asked for her name 2 times because she was being very rude she always have an nasty attitude towards the customer you can tell she don’t want to be there its ridiculous
Staff is always pretty friendly and, while I've never had to do it, I've seen them remake orders for customers quickly and with no questions asked. This may sound like a normal thing, but you'd be surprised at how many times I've seen full blown arguments between customers and staff about remakes. Arby's is one of my go-to places now.

It's still a great place for roast beef. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Ive been through the drive thru and the person took my order wrong, took my card twice (luckily only charged me once for the messed up order), and was generally rude. I only ordered a large double number one with curly fries and coke/pepsi. The next time i go there, ill just go inside and order and make sure its correct. Tasted good though, like arbys.

I got there late about 45 minutes before they closed, and unlike a lot of other places, I was greeted with a smile. I wanted a milkshake, so I asked the gentleman if they had cleaned the machine for the night. To my surprise, he said no, we don't do that till after closing, so I was able to have a milkshake and my favorite Ruben sandwich, and my girlfriend had her Mozzarella sticks. Over all that was the best service I have received from a fast food restaurant. They all had good attitudes and great team work thank you guys

They got our order wrong. I really wanted a mint milkshake, which they advertise as mint chocolate milkshake. The guy gave us a plain chocolate milkshake-no mint. What a bummer. But the crispy fish sandwiches were good. Better than the ones at Burger King or McDonald's.
