Ever since the remodel the service has been terrible. Orders are wrong, there is grounds in the coffee ext. Today was my last chance for this location. I walked in and was ignored. I waited over 5 minutes and could hear voices coming from the back. I even called out and was ignored. Then as soon as I walked out whoever was there helped someone on the drive thru. I used to stop in everyday after work but not anymore. It is such a shame as this used to be my go to Dunkin.

Got a refersher and had to say something about cold foam not being on there they did fix it. I got a french curller donut and It was STALE and i asked for blueberry munckins and got glazdd and choclate

Edit: I have to drop my rating because since the renovation, my order is wrong almost every single time in at least one way. I don't know what happened. The customer support for dunkin is intentionally tedious and they just offer points for incorrect orders where other restaurants fully reimburse you.

Previous review:
I order online fairly often (especially in cold seasons) for my work commute and it's always ready to go by the time I pull in, super convenient. They outperform other nearby dunkin spots in more convenient locations: coffee is always robust and never burnt, donuts are never raw or doughy even when filled. Literally never had a single issue and I've probably ordered hundreds of times at this rate. Thanks!

Normally when Tiffany is there my orders are correct. But when the girls come from joppatowne to cover the orders are never correct, they are either wrong or the orders and made missing ingredients and the service is horrible.

This Dunkin’ just underwent a major remodel—it looks great, but unfortunately, it’s lost a lot of its practicality. They’ve added a drive-thru, but it’s oddly placed and rarely used. Most customers still prefer to walk in, yet all the indoor tables are now gone, so there’s nowhere to sit and enjoy your order.

The layout is also awkward. The distance between the register, kitchen, and drive-thru window creates a constant delay. When I walk in, there’s rarely anyone at the counter, and it’s common to see 2–3 people waiting in line while the staff scrambles to cover both areas. With poor parking flow on top of it, this remodel feels more like a downgrade in experience. I’ll keep coming for the coffee—but only because it’s close.

I just want to say you guys are the best here! I spilled my coffee the second I walked out the door and they were so kind and remade my coffee without charging me again. I have been going here for years and I will continue to support this Dunkin! Thank you!!

This place is a rip off $15 when my regular order at any other Dunkin’ is $10.
The owners ridiculous fees like $1.00 oatmilk charge, when it’s normally $.30 at every other store. $.60 if you add a pump of flavor when again it’s regular price is $.30. It seems like everything is marked up more than normal at this specific location. The ladies were nice. Management is shady and ripping you off. I paid $5.49 for a regular coffee, not a specialty just a coffee that regularly cost $3.99 at every other location.
