Konoko Jamaican Restaurant

First time there for restaurant week. Food and drink moctail amazing. Beautiful restaurant and server friendly. Definitely will be back.

Total rip off. Beware!! First of all, the menu is way overpriced. Nothing they’re preparing constitutes such prices. With that being said- what I noticed next is the straw the broke the camels back. Their restaurant week menu is atrocious. First off, restaurant week is three courses. They give you two courses for $47!!! Most restaurants price for restaurant week is in the mid 30 to 38 dollar range for three courses. This is what restaurant week is!! One of their offerings for $47 is chicken wings for first course, and jerk chicken Rasta pasta for entree. Now, their wings are normally $17 on the menu, and their jerk chicken pasta is $25. That’s $42 total for both normally priced items…. BUT FOR RESTAURANT WEEK THEYRE CHARGING $47!!! So it’s $5 dollars MORE for restaurant week!! LMAO!! Another option they have for $47 is a wedge salad for appetizer, and a tofu dish for entree!! They don’t even have a wedge salad on their normal menu- and this is something worth no more than !$10-$12.. so your tofu entree is $35-$37 when that same dish is $25 on their regular menu!!! THATS RIDICULOUS!!!! They put a salad on their restaurant week menu to capitalize even more from the restaurant week profits. THEY JUST DONT GET IT. It’s supposed to be a deal to showcase your restaurants offerings and promote the business and draw new customers… not price gouging your customers in an opportunist type of way. They then have the nerve to offer a third dessert course for restaurant week for an additional FIVE BUCKS!! You can’t make this stuff up!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I won’t be going here again!! So much wrong going on here. NOPE!! I’ll go to Chef Bobby D’s and get better jerk chicken pasta for $20 not 25. You can’t elevate Caribbean food to the point it’s that expensive. There is no justification. I think they’re just trying to take advantage of people thinking people are rich or something in white marsh. This restaurant opened to bad reviews , and this area won’t sustain their business with those prices and tactics. The initial hype will be good.. but it’ll fizzle out if they’re not more careful.

Food and experience was top notch. Highly recommend as our dinner exceeded our expectations with taste and level of service.

The experience there was wonderful. Our waiter Otis was a delight. He was personable, friendly and attentive. My family really enjoyed our time there

I had the Oxtail Rasta Pasta and the Lychee St. Martini, seriously one of the best meals I've ever had and one of the best drinks I've ever had. 😋 Everything about Konoko is perfect. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, and the service, absolutely amazing. For sure my new favorite restaurant.

Excellent food, great music and cool atmosphere. The DJ spun a mix of dancehall, soca, afrobeats, and hip hop. The red snapper with rundown sauce is superb!

My friends and I had our first flight this afternoon. Juquon was our server and he was amazing!! He provided excellent recommendations that were phenomenal. The appetizers and drinks cleared the pallet for my stuffed salmon. Today was a vibe for sure and props to the dj today(March 23rd) sir you did the damn thing!! We will definitely be booking another flight next month. Thanks for the experience!!

Listen…. My waiter Alahni was great tonight serving my party this evening. This was most of my party first time there and mannn it was wonderful. Thanks Alahni and thank you to the staff we really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back very soon.

AMAZING!!!! I love this place. I have been twice in the last month to celebrate my birthday and anniversary. The food is so bomb, the vibe is amazing. The staff Malena and Liza are super awesome. They really made the experience great!!! I will forever support this place and tell everyone about it. Please keep up the great work !!!!

cannot make this up—Konoco’s The Caribbean Restaurant has some of the best food I’ve ever had! I discovered this place less than two months ago and have already been three times. I’ve been trying different dishes, but last time I just had to get the Oxtail Rasta Pasta again because it was that good. Their fried salmon bites? Absolute perfection! I don’t even want to try them anywhere else because I don’t want to risk ruining the experience.

Now, not every place is perfect, of course. The prices are reasonable, but some dishes could have a better balance of sides and meat—sometimes you get a lot of rice but not as much protein. That being said, the portions are still generous overall, and I always have leftovers.

As for the drinks, they’re cute, but I’d give them a 3/5 taste-wise. Every cocktail here is strong—which some people love—but I personally prefer a sweeter balance where you taste the flavor while still feeling the strength. It would be great if that was considered, especially when customers ask for something on the sweeter side.

Overall, the food is chef’s kiss, and I will keep coming back. I did apply for a job here after being told they were hiring, but never heard back—so I can’t speak on that. But if you’re coming for the food, trust me, you will not be disappointed!

I have to say I travel a lot and this was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The ambience was nice, beautiful for everyone to take pictures, the hostess at the door was Great well mannered, respectful, and warm.i believe her name was Sasha And I’ve been to a lot of Caribbean Resturants and this place TOPS all of the restaurants I’ve been to as far as attitude, and energy. Now the food was GREAT this is coming from a man that’s from NYC. The food was OUTSTANDING I had Rasta Pasta with shrimps, oxtail’s, crab meat thanks to Juquon. When I tell you this dude was genuine, and not looking for a tip I mean it! He was really cool to talk to and made me feel comfortable enough to tell him anything. The energy was so on point I ended up buying 2 dinners I also had the red snapper with the white sauce and rice & peas. This place gets a 10 out of 10 for me . DJGOODVYBEZ………..

Shay was an amazing flight attendant! I really appreciate the care and details that helped create a great experience. Kudos to all who have designed and onboarded staff that makes all guests feel comfortable. The food is as amazing as the service! I look forward to returning!

Best restaurant we have been to in a long time. From the excellent and friendly customer service once you enter, the ambiance and music, the experienced and informative staff. Juquan C was our Flight Attendant, helped select excellent and delicious food choices and drinks. It was my Birthday and it was an excellent experience.

Parking: Plenty of free parking in the lot directly behind the restaurant.
