We made a 6:30 reservation and were seated promptly upon arrival, but were never acknowledged again until we walked out at nearly 7pm. I have had great service and food at Red Brick before, but this particular experience was terrible.

I have gone here a few times and never had an issue; however this experience was different from previous experiences. I made reservations for 6:45pm on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly. It was 7:30pm when we finally saw our waitress. She was apologetic for our wait and took our, drink, appetizer and dinner order. 15 minutes later she returns with our drinks. 2 ice teas, 1 soda, 2 glasses of wine and 6 waters It's now 8:15pm. No appetizer or dinners. We flag down a manager who looked into the issue and comes back with our dinners. No appetizer. She forgot to place the order for it. Things happen but this was a case where nothing was going right for our party that night. The manager brought out the hot appetizer and did not charge us for it. The food was delicious and unfortunately the service left is all with a bad experience. My guest were from our of town and I don't think will be back but did appreciate the managers actions once he was made aware of the problem.

Went for lunch on a Saturday and the weather was gorgeous so we sat on the patio. The beer flight and wine paired well with the hangover burger and seafood pasta. Our server was so lovely, very attentive with great menu suggestions.

The staff here is spectacular!!! I ordered the 3 pint chicken pasta dish and what a delicious spicey dish.. Plenty of chicken and sausage mixed on that beautiful sauce. I had several pints of the watermelon beer and it was thirst satisfying with a buzz. Tuesday nights beers are $1 and $3.

Ordered a fairly large Carry Out. When I walked in, one of the Waitresses went to check on my order. Another one checked on it a few minutes later. Online said my order would be ready at 4:22, I arrived early. The food came out at 4:26 and everything was packed well & the food was perfect when I got home.

I enjoyed our meal. We had a party of 10 and we were able to secure a reservation on a beautiful Saturday with an hour's notice. I love the appetizers-the Maryland flatbread and pretzels are a must. The bay salad is something I can only get here and it satisfies my craving for seafood while still being on the healthy side. The kids meals had plenty of food with leftovers. My dad is handicapped and he was able to move about with plenty of space. The hostess was very kind to take a family picture, with 6 kids, and took the time to make sure it was a good one. We had a wonderful day and appreciated the good experience.

Red Brick is one of our local favorites. The Fish and Chips and Bison Burger are my go tos, but everything else I've had has been excellent as well. Kid friendly too, but sometimes you have to request for the kids meals to come out first and put the order in with the adult drinks. That helps to keep the behavior of the kids under control and manageable.
